Super easy drop off location. Topped off my tank with gas and returned the keys to the attendant and made sure I returned furniture pads and dolly in the back of the Uhaul. Thank you!Brett G.

The tank was not full when we received the truck. The check engine light was on, and there was a bad rattling noise as we drove. We got charged to refill the tank even though we used a 1/4 of the gas. The fuel service fee is ridiculous because we were never told to fill it up upon return, and were charged for not doing so. Very displeased with my service and my first experience using u-haul rental. Will not be returning.Cat L.

You didn't have my truck that I reserved - i had to go to a secondary location where the reservation was tranferred. You charged me double, saying I didn't add enough gas (not true), and not considering the additional miles you made me travel to get a truck. Then I was told the 50 guarantee would be credited back, and it has not been.Benjamin M.
I returned this truck at the drop off location and filled the fuel tank to 7/8 full just as I picked it up. I took a photo of fuel tank gauge and mileage. I did not stay to complete the check out because the checkout person said it was not required and I had a driver waiting on me to get home. I get an additional charge of $27 fuel surcharge? That makes no sense. If I was still in -town I would return to this station and show the photo I took of the dash showing the fuel gauge and mileage in the single photo. This is not an expectable business practice. I should have stayed to complete the drop off check out.Jared C.
Bill me correctly. Dont park the van so it is pressed against trees so i can not walk around it. Dont send me a text that says return it by 5 pm. Then charge me for another day even though my receipt says i returned it by 5Charter N.

Friendly, Pickup was flawless would recommend only.. Pickup was at 07:30 AM Shell Mighty Midget Mart 4936 Albemarle Rd B Charlotte, NC 28205 Stay away from Auto World Lease & Sales Clt LLC. This location called on 25th March to see if trailer was there for pickup on Sunday, February 26, 2023, at 12:30 PM, traveled 983 Miles to confirm trailer, Person on phone stated, " If the Truck and Trailer is turned in on time you will get trailer". U-Haul corporate needs to do something with this location. I don't think I'm alone with the Smart attitude, found out with was not a trailer even there to do a one-way. rental. He knew, or he wanted me to wait till Sunday to scramble to look for a trailer.Kevin D.

The truck was clean, but maintenance was not done. While driving it shook the entire time couldn't pass 60mph. The check engine light came on and the shaking got worse. So, Uhaul needs to maintain the vehicles people are paying quite a bit of money to travel a vehicle breakdown is awful.Laurie C.

Very happy with the prompt and helpful service at the Shell Mighty Midget Mart Location! I rent a trailer a couple of times a month for our band equipment and the service is always excellent!Santo C.
Even after reserving a 20ft truck a month in advance, the day prior to my reservation I got an email stating that my reservation was cancelled without any explanation. Unilaterally Uhaul cancelled without consulting with me. When I called I was told you only had a 26 ft truck available. Way too big! The downside to a bigger truck was that I spent a LOT more gas than anticipated as I was making a trip from one state to another. As you might know gas pricing are at an all time high. Would not recommend anyone renting at Uhaul. Completely dissapointed!Edgardo L.

Trailer met my needs. The trailer was dirty inside. I made arrangements with the location twice before renting it requesting someone be available to lift the trailer off my hitch. I was assured Sam would be available until 10pm. I returned the trailer sometime around 6pm and no one was there. The Shell attendant was not happy and said it wasn't his job and he was the only employee on site assisting gas customers. I asked male customer to assist without success. After about 30" the employee lifted the trailer off for me. He wasn't happy!!Sheila M.

The cashier of the gas station has to help both gas station customers and u-haul renters. The wait was too long and the employee seemed a little frazzled when it got busy. The cab of the truck was dirty and my uhaul app was malfunctioning so the camera wouldn't take any pictures to add to the app when checkoutJoel W.

The gas attendant first told me to check in online and then told me to hook up the trailer on my own. On the return I experienced the same with a different gas attendant. I had to lift this heavy trailer off myself. This type of practice is unacceptable.David S.
