I originally went to the incorrect U-Haul location and no one cared to inform me. After an associate took the trucks keys, no one cared to inform me that I was at the wrong location. I had to call multiple times to get an answer only to go back and take the truck to the “ Correct “ location. I will not be recommending U-Haul to anyone, very unprofessional and don’t take the time to help customers out . Lots of miscommunication between the associate and I. I also didn’t pick the location they assigned to me .

Israel LThe owner was very efficient and timely processing the delivery of the truck. I would recommend this location highly.
Jorge AU-Haul employees at this location were very friendly and helpful. To improve the overall U-Haul experience, I would make it clear when people make reservations that the time they are given for pick up will be canceled if they do not arrive on time. We were a few hours late and our reservation was canceled. We were not aware that the reservation would be canceled if we were not on time. You should make this clear to customers you do not operate like a rental car agency.
Kathryn MI had an earlier reservation in which the equipment was not available when I arrived. Apparently, the guarantee isn’t real.
