U-Haul employees at this location were very friendly and helpful. To improve the overall U-Haul experience, I would make it clear when people make reservations that the time they are given for pick up will be canceled if they do not arrive on time. We were a few hours late and our reservation was canceled. We were not aware that the reservation would be canceled if we were not on time. You should make this clear to customers you do not operate like a rental car agency.
Kathryn MI had an earlier reservation in which the equipment was not available when I arrived. Apparently, the guarantee isn’t real.
