Andrea FOur reservation was updated a couple days prior and moved to a further location, ultimately affecting the amount of miles driven. Our truck was not ready when we arrived and we had to wait 45 minutes or so until it was finally ready for us in the system. The truck was generally clean. There was a dead bee in the cupholder when we got it. The employee on site was great and handled the backup well. It was clear that the systems in place were not setting her up for success.

APRIL RGood service of the staff, fast and clear. But the trucks are too older and in mi case the steering of the truck was inestable and iris dangerous to drive a car with the steering failing

I also wouldn't recommend these guys because they rented out a u haul that leaked on passenger side and inside the cab so some of the people furniture and stuff was soaked due to it raining all yesterday. I would like some of my money back honestly

Sue EThe store employee was clueless. She sought help from someone on the phone but did not have her glasses, so the entire experience was painful and took much longer than necessary. In addition, the facility, a "neighborhood" Uhaul vendor, had many trucks spread out over a larger area and I had to go searching for the truck that I was assigned, in 15° temperatures. I would never agree to a pick up at this location again.
Jay HPut someone experienced at the checkout counter. My charges were not correct and apparently someone corrected them the next day but the second person also set a 1 day rather than a 2 day rental period. #1 made errors, #2 fixed the errors and added a new one. It was a very good truck.

Mohammad SWorst experience ever! A staff member was completely rude and belligerent. My son booked a trailer for a local apartment move. I drove 3 hour hours from Tn only to find it was cancelled and now unavailable. Staff member was very rude about it. I ended up having to rent a truck and paying mileage and gas for a move that I had the rental for only 3 hours. Upon returning the truck another staff member told me I had to come back in tomorrow cause no one was there to take it. We returned the keys to her and to a picture to verify she received it. The truck was clean and ran well and performed great. Equipment gets an A. Staffing an F. Recommend customer service training.

Evelyn VSuper easy drop off location. Topped off my tank with gas and returned the keys to the attendant and made sure I returned furniture pads and dolly in the back of the Uhaul. Thank you!
Brett GThe tank was not full when we received the truck. The check engine light was on, and there was a bad rattling noise as we drove. We got charged to refill the tank even though we used a 1/4 of the gas. The fuel service fee is ridiculous because we were never told to fill it up upon return, and were charged for not doing so. Very displeased with my service and my first experience using u-haul rental. Will not be returning.

Kristin RYou didn't have my truck that I reserved - i had to go to a secondary location where the reservation was tranferred. You charged me double, saying I didn't add enough gas (not true), and not considering the additional miles you made me travel to get a truck. Then I was told the 50 guarantee would be credited back, and it has not been.
Benjamin MI returned this truck at the drop off location and filled the fuel tank to 7/8 full just as I picked it up. I took a photo of fuel tank gauge and mileage. I did not stay to complete the check out because the checkout person said it was not required and I had a driver waiting on me to get home. I get an additional charge of $27 fuel surcharge? That makes no sense. If I was still in -town I would return to this station and show the photo I took of the dash showing the fuel gauge and mileage in the single photo. This is not an expectable business practice. I should have stayed to complete the drop off check out.
Jared CBill me correctly. Dont park the van so it is pressed against trees so i can not walk around it. Dont send me a text that says return it by 5 pm. Then charge me for another day even though my receipt says i returned it by 5
Charter NLogical set-up with understandable after-hours pickup and drop-off instructions. Very good for self-serve rental. I would consider this my number 1 spot to rent U-Haul in the city.

jose mFriendly, Pickup was flawless would recommend only.. Pickup was at 07:30 AM Shell Mighty Midget Mart 4936 Albemarle Rd B Charlotte, NC 28205 Stay away from Auto World Lease & Sales Clt LLC. This location called on 25th March to see if trailer was there for pickup on Sunday, February 26, 2023, at 12:30 PM, traveled 983 Miles to confirm trailer, Person on phone stated, " If the Truck and Trailer is turned in on time you will get trailer". U-Haul corporate needs to do something with this location. I don't think I'm alone with the Smart attitude, found out with was not a trailer even there to do a one-way. rental. He knew, or he wanted me to wait till Sunday to scramble to look for a trailer.

placide mWas not able to pickup using the app and the location was having trouble with their software as well. Not the location’s fault. ID’s would not scan properly, and the system kept making the associate start over. The pickup location did great. Uhaul’s software provider, not so much.

Julia WThe truck was clean, but maintenance was not done. While driving it shook the entire time couldn't pass 60mph. The check engine light came on and the shaking got worse. So, Uhaul needs to maintain the vehicles people are paying quite a bit of money to travel a vehicle breakdown is awful.
