JOHN AI was given an appointment to pick up at 9am Wednesday at a location down the road. They were closed on Wednesday. Called Uhaul and they sent me to Sheppards which is also closed on Wednesday. Luckily Mr.Sheppard put his cell phone on his door. He came in and took care of me on his day off. Wonderful Man!
Kevin THands down best rental place ever! Owner was respectful, communicated well, honest. Let me tell you this is the only place in or around hinesville I will rent from. As an important side note, Google/ internet has classified him as “closed” no idea why and even on U-Haul.com he shows up as not a participant but this man is open, honest, clean, and doing business better than any other rental place in town. I do not store my belongings here but if I didn’t need climate controlled I would store my stuff here. Trustworthy!!! Skip the rest and rude scheduling and awkward interactions. Come here to rent your moving needs.

Tarshanika SI was told the trailer would be at a location 15 minutes from me. I had to drive ove r45 minutes to a different location to pick up the trailer. I was notified of this 3 hours before pick up time. Will NOT be using U-Haul ever again.

Robin MEnsure that the tires have a safe amount of air pressure in them. The TPS light turned on after starting the truck and was reading that the d/s rear tire was low.

ANDREA DI was charge for gas that wasn’t in the truck to begin with. After noticing truck was to big and wanting to get a smaller uhauI, I couldn’t cancel reservation without getting charge.
