I was supposed to have a vehicle at 7:30am and had a crew waiting. The original pickup location was closed so I got bounced to another one, which was also closed, so I was bounced to another location which finally had a vehicle but did not know what they were doing. I had to Uber between the various locations. I didn't end up getting a vehicle until close to 9am, costing me money for my crew and transportation. In the future, make sure your remote locations actually have accurate hours of operation in your system so that you aren't sending customers to locations that are closed. This was a huge headache and cost me over $300 in related costs.
