Told me there was no drop-off procedure/paperwork to do. Went back to the trailer to take pictures of the return and noticed a decal that stated that if I didn't confirm the drop-off via the app/website a service fee would be charged. Needles to say, I went through the return process myself and, so-far, no additional charges.....read the fine print, so to speak!
Brett THad a small problem with billing ( Uhaul software problem )and Sammy looked after me and got the billing issue straightened out , good guy will do business again .

COLIN HI believe the truck had the required amount of fuel at the time I dropped it up. Unfortunately, I noticed that I have still been charged for additional fuel. I do have a photo showing the fuel level when I took the truck, which I can share for your review.
AHMET IMy reservation was for 8:00 am and I had it confirmed but when I went to pick up no one there and no truck. It took someone 30 minutes to get to the office and another 40 min. To input the information. The premises were filthy . I will never use U Haul again the service and systems were terrible
