Our reservation was not available. We had to downgrade in size. Then we had to change locations. When we arrived at the scheduled time, the location was not open. Then we had to pay for an extra day because of how early the location closed; 4:30pm!

Inside store was not smoke-free. Could not stay at counter for more than 2 mins at a time. Truck was filthy! It was only after I said I was dropping off in different location did they attempt to clean it. Low tire pressure warning on but I was told it was broken and tires were fine. Had to air up 1 tire twice.

Be honest and not over charge people.They estimated miles in the computer before I rented the truck. I was told when I return the truck I would only be charged the miles I drove. When I returned the vehicle they never changed it to the miles I drove and charged me for the miles they estimated before I rented the truck.

The vehicle I rented had 2 balled tires and one with a large peice of tread missing. this resulted in three blowen tires on my trip. My trip should have been a 6 hour drive, but instead took 20 hours.

The location was not as convenient to my local address as I might have liked. This meant driving the truck through town for more miles than anticipated and all of this before the actual move. The miles counted against the allotment for the trip; had we not gotten a few more miles at the outset we would have been up against the maximum number of miles available.
