It was just a surprise to have such a small and basic location. It doesn't look like a UHaul store, & it isn't, they just have the trucks. But the man was polite and friendly, took care of the transaction.

I have used U Haul a lot over the past year and a half and I did not enjoy this experience. The original pickup location did not have what I ordered so I received a call on Saturday to tell me I would need to go to a different location and they would text me with the new address. I never received the text so I called the morning of and they said it was on Shields Ave. I looked up U Haul on Shields on my iPhone maps and it only showed one location. I went there and it was the wrong location. The person working then gave me an address for one that was down the street in the opposite direction. When I got there they did not have the correct amount of blankets or the right dolly, so I ended up having to go and buy what I needed. My drop off location I selected one near my new location so I could walk home and the location was full so they sent me to a different location and had to Uber home. Very disappointed with this experience from start to finish.

Honor your reservation!!! I reserved a 20ft truck and a appliance dolly and the day of they had neither!!!

Do not send people to that location. Very unfriendly. I had to go to the store that I dropped off at to get the 2 dollies. Niether location had the 2 dozen furniture blankets that I ordered so I had to move with out having any. I would like to be refunded for the blankets I never received. I should also be refunded some of my time and mileage spent for having to go to the Blackstone store to get dollies. I lost about an hour of my time due to the in efficency of not having everything in one place.

It would have been helpful if the man who rented the u-haul to me would have told me to download that u-haul app so I can notify U-haul of the earlier drop off. I was charged for two days when I only used the u-haul for a total of 5 hours. I dropped off the u-haul that same evening..

The amount of gas in the vehicle was recorded wrong which caused an issue. And when I tried to call the location with an issue no one answered or gave me a call back.

Your Networking is not that good. I was told this location would have Appliance dolly, extra moving blankets, which they DID NOT!! I HAD to go to another location to pick up.

There was roaches in attic part of the cargo area at pickup. They were not noticed at the time of pick up but noticed before loading boxes into the attic.

Make sure that electrical light plug is there I ended up having to buy three extensions from the trailer to my truck so the lights worked it cost me $25

I regret using this location, horrible experience. The truck was unlocked when I picked it up, the seal was broken on the hand truck. I returned the the truck at the same level as when I picked it up (3/4 from full) But I received a call stating I owed an additional $30.00 for gas! Ridiculous!! I regret the entire experience!

Used U-haul many times over the past 30 years, with total satisfaction. This was the first time that EVERY aspect of reservation/pickup was a complete disappointment. I chalk it up to Covid. Beyond that the company has gone severely down hill. Feel free to contact me for expanded details.

Everything is great the agents welcome you when you enter the store, their polite and assist me immediately. Even though it was just 2 hours before Closing they made sure I had everything I had ordered when I came in the truck was very clean. Thank you gentlemen for your service.
