The location and the vehicle were fine. What made my experience crazy stressful and time consuming is that the U-Haul app is TERRIBLE. The app does not share information real-time with the website, forcing the customer to RE-ENTER all of their information, including credit card info and photos of the vehicle. The agent at the location texted me a link to fill in my reservation information on the U-haul website, but then it would not come through to the app and I had to re-enter everthing again. When I returned the vehicle, the app did not clearly walk the user through uploading photos as it had done on the departure. Also, the app hangs on the last step of the after-hours return. After waiting for it for 15 minutes we finally just left. Next time we will try renting a moving truck from Home Depot where it is less of a hassle.

CHRISTOPHER VThe only comment I have is that finding a parking to park the u haul in the area was very hard. I parked a block down from the stores location and was worried about if they would find it! It all went well for me. Though if something to keep in mind if you are in rush.
