Make is clear what the process will be in the app for mobile after hours pickup. The time was approaching for pickup (a few hours) and I saw no indication the truck was there and what I would do so I was really nervous. It was a big move so not having confidence about this critical step was stressful. I called customer service and the person was SO HELPFUL. I was extremely worried and nervous I’d be stuck without a truck or no way to get the key. She helped me and stayed on the phone with me through the whole process. I am so thankful to her.

STANLEY SI rented furniture pads and they were not included in the truck. The facility was closed and U-haul customer service online was not helpful. Only offering to credit me for the furniture pads. Extremely frustrating when you are counting on them to protect the furniture you are moving.
