Improve loyalty and honesty to the customer. Do what you say not what you do. Honor your word and don't mislead the customer and have integrity in your business. All prices quoted were different from actual billing and were not disclosed properly. A credit that was issued before booking was not honored to make matter worse. Be careful and know what your hoping to pay
