Great to have the mobile app pick up process. But when you do not have the booking truck ready with requested dolly for customer to pick up with the truck. Delayed by 1 hour, as we had to wait for the office to open. The employee that opened the store, verified that there were no dollies that were requested by calling at the location and talked to the franchaisee (Huey) day prior. Further, franchisee argues that saying atleast we had the dolly for the rental, while blattenly ignoring the fact of delay in renting the u-haul and messing up our schedule.

Madalyn GThe lady who helped him pick up the U-Haul truck was great. But the receipt indicated I returned the truck at 1/4 gas, but I returned it at 1/2 tank (which is where I received it at the same gas level). I even have before and after pictures of the fuel/mileage gauge.
CHARLES EThe van was fairly new. It was clean inside and out, there was a little bit of a spill under the mat in the cargo area but the clerk new about it. Wasn't a bit deal. The driver compartment still had that "new car smell." Which was a nice change.
