How U-Haul Reviews WorkI set up a pick up time for 8:30. My original location didn't have the truck I needed. So my pickup was at an alternate location not far from the first. The place didn't open until 10:00. When I called I was told I needed to check in by phone. I'm a grumpy old man. I don't know how to do all this stuff with my phone. That part was VERY frustrating! If I still had my last phone. I wouldn't have been able to get the truck. And all appointments for the day would have been ruined.
Benjamin WNice customer service and cooperative staff.
