Helena EThe workers there seemed confused on why I walked into the building. I stated my business and one man said he would meet me outside. Upon arriving he took pictures of the trailer and said I was free to go. I asked for a receipt and received one. After taking pictures of the trailer they told me I did not have any more chargers or issues. I then received multiple calls from U-Haul stating I dropped it off at the wrong location, and that the location did not have the trailer after. I was then told I would receive a late charge and a wrong location drop off charge. Though I received a text from U-Haul stating the location I had to drop it off at, which I did. I had so many issues with this trailer and U-Haul, I do not recommend their services due to their constant mistakes in less than a week.
