The doors were closed upon arrival at 10:05 am. A girl shows up around 10:10 am . Opens the door says nothing to us. Shes acting very odd and makes no sense when communicating to us. She just sat there looking at the monitor for 30 mins speaking in slurred words and not making much sense. She appeared to be heavily intoxicated and was nodding off. Several other people came in behind me and left while I asked her if she needed medical attention. She then kept saying things again made no sense I finally said call the owner of the shop I want to speak to him. She calls him and I begin recording the conversation. He's on speaker phone and o told him something is very wrong with her she seems intoxicated and he's like no she's tired. Umm she doesn't seem sleepy she was acting as if she was on drugs. She could not function the computer and could barely speak and looked like a zombie . The owner came on the speaker phone and he had to process our order one hour late. He told me she would give me the key and hung up. She then proceeded to not know how to give me any key . Another 5 to 10 mins go by and he calls back and is on speaker phone. She doenst say anything just hands me the phone completely confused. So I take it and try and put the speaker back on because I can't hear anything he's saying. She gets mad at me for touching her phone when 10 mins ago she just handed it to me without even telling me who was there or why. And gets mad at me for recording her behavior w my phone . Unbelievable I will never return to this location. I want my funds back as I lost one of my movers because I was an hour late and had to pay my other guy for an hour while he waited for me . I was late because she couldn't check me in and give me my truck because of how drugged up and confused she was . I would highly suggest U-Haul stop renting through this pick up location. They are very unprofessional.

There was only a quarter tank of gas when I received the truck so I had to get gas twice once to drive it and then before I returned it. I also reserved an appliance dolly and they didn't have one available. I rented the truck to move a refrigerator so this was annoying.

Picking up the truck was a hassle. Using the website, then having to call 3-4 different times so they can update my reservation. Then my appliance dolly wasn't in the truck, had to wait for the store to open so i can get the dolly. Store hours read 10am -7pm Saturday. Store associate didn't get there until 10:10. Clerk then tells me "sorry but those dollys aren't guaranteed". I said but you guys charged me for one. She said yeah but they aren't guaranteed. But i can adjust your reservation. That whole ordeal is what made us late bringing back the truck.

The employee was 10 minutes late and there was a line of customers waiting for the doors to open. After she opened, we were the third customers in line, and it took about 40-45 minutes for her to gather everything together for us. There were no dollies to rent, and she asked for a credit card to put a HOLD on the transaction. I asked her three times if it was going to be charged because we would be paying cash. She assured us it wouldn't charge, and it would just be a hold until payment. Once we returned the truck, a few hours later, she charged the credit card, after she stated it wouldn't be charged. We asked about the $25 discount if same day return and she said they don't do that. Overall, very disappointing experience. We will not return or refer future customers.

I was not comfortable with the location and the lady was late coming in to work my appointment Was 10 am we waited 20 minutes outside . Returning was not comfortable also due to it was dark there and doing the online check out has too many uploading features and I already return the key before I got the uploading features , Overall we were not satisfied there .

Great to have the mobile app pick up process. But when you do not have the booking truck ready with requested dolly for customer to pick up with the truck. Delayed by 1 hour, as we had to wait for the office to open. The employee that opened the store, verified that there were no dollies that were requested by calling at the location and talked to the franchaisee (Huey) day prior. Further, franchisee argues that saying atleast we had the dolly for the rental, while blattenly ignoring the fact of delay in renting the u-haul and messing up our schedule.

The lady who helped him pick up the U-Haul truck was great. But the receipt indicated I returned the truck at 1/4 gas, but I returned it at 1/2 tank (which is where I received it at the same gas level). I even have before and after pictures of the fuel/mileage gauge.

The van was fairly new. It was clean inside and out, there was a little bit of a spill under the mat in the cargo area but the clerk new about it. Wasn't a bit deal. The driver compartment still had that "new car smell." Which was a nice change.
