The truck lock was broken, it had barely any gas and we were given no instructions. We also had to walk through the back of the rental place to an alley, where we had to find a person to open the gate ourselves and get a Direct TV truck to move in order to leave. The rental place helped with none of this and are now trying to charge me for gas fees I should not pay. I would never go back.

They overcharged me 100 mile on odometer I am in dispute with the company. I said truck has no gas at all. The light was red as they told me to bring it to red light that’s ridiculous.
