There is only one person working this location, which is a shipping center. It can get very busy and you can wait a LONG time to pick up your rental while he deals with people shipping UPS, FedEx, etc.Sheldon F.

Process for picking the truck was a little frustrating. I would be better if some of the documentation can be provided in advance and then just a picture of the driver with the truck to confirm identity once at the location. Otherwise, my experience was great.Luis R.

Give Paul, a raise. He is not only there every day, but he handles shipping, mailing, packages, the floor, customer service, and the phones, and he always does it with a smile, professionalism, and a genuine heart. I've told my neighbors about the mailbox services because packages keep getting stolen from here or any time anyone wants something sent off or mailed. Top marks across the board.travis H.

There was no lock box for the keys after hours. The parking brake handle was broken. The truck wasn't cluttered with trash but it also wasn't clean.Zac W.

The vehicle had someone else's soda and cigarette butts in it. The fan control knob for the vehicle was missing and I got caught in a snowstorm on a mountain pass with no functional defrost. Extremely dangerous!! I couldn't see and had to hang my face out the window to make sure I didn't drive off the road. I should ask for a free rental but am still waiting to hear about getting a discount. InsaneKristy B.

I reserved my pickup for 8:30 am but when I arrived and checked in online I got a message that I would not be able to pick up my van until 10:00 am, when the store opened. This was a pretty big inconvenience and I would have picked a different location, with earlier availability, had that been clean during the reservation process. Your reservation process made payments very confusing. I was asked three times to verify charges to my debit card, with no clear understanding of the final amount due. In total, I was asked to verify $115 dollars worth of charges varying from $30-$75 and still do not know what my final charge amount was for using your service. This is very frustrating.Jared W.

No clear designated spots for van to be parked in lot. Spot was occupied when returned key. Would be nice to have spot closer to front of parking lot instead of very back. Not easy to back van into.Kelson R.
The man helping me couldn't put the dolly in the truck, because I had the key, instead of getting the key from me and putting the dolly in, I !eff thinking the dolly was in the van, the when I finished I asked for a refund on the dolly and he didn't eat to give it to me, said he didn't know how, I had him call someone that did, I did get my refund, but the guy acted like I shouldn't be asking for one. The gentleman who helped me was really nice. However the van was stuck back in the far corner of the very small parking lot and I could barely get it out. It was extremely filthy inside, and when I turned on the air conditioning it blew dirt and dust into my face.Lara B.

The website mobile login is awful. During truck pickup it randomly stopped letting me take pictures, I would click on the take photo button and the screen would just turn black. When I tried to refresh the page it was already saying "Return Truck" I took pictures of the fuel gauge & odometer before and the dirty windshield in case it is an issue but they matched what the website said so I'm hoping it's okay.Sierra I.

I was only traveling a few miles with this vehicle. When I received it had 1/4 tank of gas. I was told I would need to bring it back with 1/4 tank of gas. I put much more than that in the vehicle. $20 worth of fuel but received no credit for it.John L.

The worker was VERY rude to me and to other people there. Yelling at the other worker there, and mad at me for reserving a rental on my phone that made him go out in the snow and dig it out. My college son rented a van to move from 1 apartment to another. He doesn't have a car & is too young to rent one. However U-Haul rented to him at a very reasonable rate. The van was easy to drive & carried everything in 1 trip. Way easier & cheaper than me traveling from another state to help him move! It's a huge load off my mind.Jacob L.

The location was great, however we had a terrible experience with the after hours drop off process. We were on a schedule, and the app seemed to be working fine until it came to the payment process. We had already slipped the key into the key drop since we thought we were done and started to drive to where we had to be next. The app declined every single card we tried to pay with, and when I tried to go back to try refreshing, it canceled the drop off process and deleted all the pictures we took of the van, and we couldnt get back in to take pictures. I would not use the 24/7 pickup dropoff option again.Christopher C.
