Place was a gas station that she would even look at the truck told me I was all set then ended up getting charged for fuel.

DANIEL ABetter maintenance of the cab - The bottom seat cushion on the driver’s side was damaged, sitting crooked and loose. The inside windshield was filthy, the dash and floor were dirty, and the cab smelled musty. The gentleman at the location was not very communicative and I stood for several minutes on pickup and drop off unsure of what he wanted me to do.
Richard CI was charged for 12 blankets and only received 3. The location took half an hour to get the truck to me because they did not have the equipment checked in like they were supposed to. The truck was very portly maintained and had pieces that were falling apart. This was the worst experience I’ve had with U-Haul

Thomas EThe unit needs to have it's parking brake fixed, and the app for rental pick-up is faulty causing me to be unable to upload photos of the condition before I took the vehicle.
Cole MThe only issue we had was there was something draining the battery or the battery in the truck might be going bad. The truck was slow to crank even after driving 40 miles and then stopping to gas up before returning to the rental location. I mentioned this to the attendant and she said she would look into it. Other than that no problems.

Ruth MI didn’t get the vehicle I requested and couldn’t understand the salesperson. While turning in the keys I had to walk back out to take pictures of the mileage and gas gauge, why didn’t they do that?

Faith GPoor customer service from the old man at the counter plus truck was on EMPTY, I ask him bout it he said you put gas in it. I said it supposed to be gas in it when customers check out truck. I put 5.00 in and that’s all and I took it back the way it was giving to me on EMPTY. And tried to charge me for not putting gas in to half. Man lost his everlasting mind. Way it’s giving to me is way I returned it. Deal with it.
Michelle BTried to do mobile check in but the location doesn’t have a lockbox so we had to go inside anyways. Location is a gas station and there was a sign that said “back in 1/2 hour” and we waited for over 45 minutes for someone to finally arrive so we could get the keys. Truck cab and back were both dirty with trash left behind and the truck was leaking which damaged our furniture and belongings. When the clerk finally arrive, there was no apology or sense of urgency
BRIAN HI didn’t receive no contract. When I got the truck it was on 7/8 gas I returned it back on 7/8 where the guy tells me it was full so charged me $18 dollars and said if I don’t have a picture then he has to charge me. Also I went 179 miles and the guy said I went 198 miles. This location is no good and will not go back!!

JAMES JNo drop box. Store “closed” during regular business hours with a handwritten sign on the door that said “back on 1/2 hour” . . . That information tells me nothing. I waited for :30 minutes while my wife and two-year-old sat in the car. Super shady area and unprofessional. Between this and the useless wipers I want my money back or I’ll never use Uhaul again. I spent $10k in 2023 with Uhaul.
Richard SThe lady that took my paperwork said she would do an inspection later and send me a receipt by email. That was Monday afternoon and I haven’t received anything yet. The truck wasn’t due in until today, November 8. I had no need to use the truck anymore so I turned it in the same day. Why don’t I have the receipt? I turned it in with 3/4 tank of gas. I only was required to have 1/4 tank. This has me concerned.
William SThe person at Shivani was very helpful, and the truck was good. Many companies, you want things done over the internet or smartphone, and some of them do these things well. U-Haul's website is lousy in more than one way, to the point it is aggravating and could cost you business.
George MThis location is horrible. The gas station owner had closed the store and put a note on the front door that he would be back in 5 minutes. He finally returned 30 minutes later-when he had 2 people picking up uhaul at this time and were now waiting on him. He was very unprofessional and then had me write an emergency contact person and phone number on a random piece of paper. He barely spoke English and could not communicate. He made uhaul look very bad. He should not be able to rent to anyone.
gina dEngine light was on the whole time. Vehicle didn’t start until 5th time of turning over, when stopping for gas…was worried about flooding the engine. Experience turned out fine and we did what we needed.
Jason VThe location was great. Only problem I had was that I needed to go into the location at all. I was set for app pickup, and I go to get the truck and the app is asking for a picture of my passport or my lease or to call someone to verify who I am (at 8 AM on a Sunday!). EXTREMELY unacceptable! If U-Haul needed to verify my identity, that should have been done BEFORE I showed up to pick up a truck! I would gladly have provided that information! The folks at the pickup spot were great, though, and made it all OK quickly.
Justin JThere was only 1/4 tank of fuel and the check engine light was on the entire time. The first pick up place didn't have me scheduled and sent me to a different location. Paid $10 for appliance dolly, was given the smaller dolly $7. Was charged for fuel even though I replenished the gas I used. Total rip off.
Darlene NI was scheduled for 6:30 am. I went the day before to make sure that was correct and the guy said to come at 7am that's when they open. Then it took him 30 mins to get my confirmed. He had to make 2 phone calls to complete the reservation. He also did not have a key for the lock. This guy was really the worst representative for UHaul
Angelo CIt shouldn’t take almost 30 minutes to check a truck in or out. Having to download an app I don’t need and take a million pictures, because the person renting the trucks can’t walk 10 ft outside to inspect the truck, is ridiculous. It also shouldn’t cost $100 to literally made one trip across town and back. I will never use them again

Johnny TI have been using uhaul services for over twenty years plus. This was the slowest service I have ever dealt with. It took me almost an hour to get the truck with reservations. Plus it was super cold which added more to my frustration. In spite of this uhaul are still awesome.
JAMES ATruck was filthy inside. Charged me all kind of additional fee, including an after hours fee when they were open till 10. Will really have to think twice about renting from U-Haul again
