I was asked ene I picked up the keys to provided my drivers license, not an issue. The gentleman then took a photo of my drivers license along side the keys for the vehicle. . I don’t know if this is normal however I was a little uncomfortable doing so as I had already uploaded photos of my drivers liv nose in the u-haul app.

Truck dashboard and surrounding area not wiped down for what appeared several months. Radio did not work. Truck had about 143k miles. But it did run ok and staff was pleasant
