This location is way out of Marysville city limits. Perhaps some type of message should be relayed to customers when accepting this alternate location. I did not expect to drive 20 minutes/10 miles out of my area. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Although the guy at the store we picked it up from was nice, they were not ready to have us pick it the uhaul up. Out of all the years we have rented uhauls, this took way beyond the normal time. Then when we got in the uhaul, it still had stuff in it from other users. The whole experience start to end was not good.
GARY CHours information was incorrect. Staff did not know how to rent out the vehicle. Took an over the phone.
