I spent more than 45 minutes just trying to get my truck. No one knew where the keys were. I was then asked to call U-Haul support to get the code for the lock boxes. After getting the codes, I opened four different boxes and still couldn't find the keys. Eventually, U-Haul contacted the manager, and the keys were found in the return box. Very frustrating experience and poor coordination at this location.
