This place was completely unprofessional and should never serve as a UHaul rental location again. First after receiving a confirmation mid day, I arrive to pick up my truck to be told it’s not available (while the truck is sitting in the lot in clear view) because it’s not a “one way” vehicle and could only be used locally. After speaking to a UHaul representative, they finally reluctantly gave me the vehicle. Although all from the outside of the truck seemed ok…when we finally arrived (way behind schedule due to the lack of professionalism the third party rental location) to my storage unit to begin loading my furniture the inside of the truck REEKED of fish. As if it had served to transport fish. This was by far my worst experience renting a U-Haul. What I will say is that despite this locations disgusting way of handling my rental the representatives from UHaul were completely professional. This location should never be used.

No in this place is very unsafe first of all the car had more mileage than on the contract and the rent of the pickup was not in this place but in another office as the employee said but all my documents were sent through the employee's messenger to the 3rd person and not clear scheme. When I rented the car, I noticed that the speedometer was 5 miles more than indicated in the contract. When I went back to the store and told about it, I was told that when I returned the car I would be recalculated and everything would be corrected, but they never did it and I was charged these 5 miles for my money. No I don't think this place is right and I ask you to check the employees why the lease documents are not being processed somewhere other than at the location.
Shukhrat II reserved a dozen furniture blankets and there were none at this location at all. The truck had rocks in the back so it was obvious that it hadn’t been cleaned prior to my rental.

Lisa GThe equipment was in good condition and employees friendly. The thing that I hate is the game being played with the fuel level upon return. It used to be very easy- rent the equipment with a full tank, return it with a full tank. Now, it’s return it “with the same fuel level” and the level is at like 85%. It’s a scam- if I fill it to only 75% then you charge me a huge markup for the difference. And you’ll never refund if I return it at anything above 85%. Yeah for you, you found another way to get one over on your customers. Congratulations.
Steven DTh justn behind the counter who I spoke to, barely spoke to under English. It took 15 or 20 minutes to have a conversation that would have been a minute or two if he knew and understood English.
James HThe vehicle smelled like cigarettes. Was not clean. I selected not to pay insurance when I booked it, because I did not need it. The place still chanted me insurance and when I told the store manager, he said that I should’ve asked to cancel the insurance when I picked up the vehicle.
FLORENT MWe think Uhaul should lower their rates per mile. $1.79 per mile is a little bit too high. Other than that everything else was great. The Shop Smart Food Mart location was great & the customer service was great as well. I would like to see them carry some moving items for purchase such as bubble wrap, tape, mattress bags, etc.

Paulino RPicked up the truck and the gas tank was on empty. The heat didn’t work. The radio didn’t work. The window was so dirty that by using wiper fluid, it just make it clear but actually worse and more foggy. The lock on hatch in back didn’t work. The air in tires was low. My door was broken and wouldn’t close all the way. I could go on but I’ve already wasted too much time.

Mahmoud RI like someone to review my payment which is $345 …I rent the truck on 9/19/2022 @9:16 am and I return it on 9/20/2022 @9:8 am. So it’s one day. It’s not my problem that the person who in charge there setting in his store and cam out after 30 minutes since I gave the truck key back to the lady in the store. And I was setting waiting for him. Looks like he waited until it pass 9:16 am cause I complained about the same person last time I rented the truck. So I never going to use this branch again and might look for another truck company. I need to fix this statement and I need my money back. Thank you so much

Mikhail BI spent around 60 miles and I fill the truck with $30 gas. And still this idiot people there charge me $27 gas fuel. I call Victor and he promised me to fix this issue. Nothing happened Money isn’t a problem. The problem is to deal with idiots people. Thx
