No one was at the U-Haul Rentals counter until after 5 minutes went by, but the service was great.

Be more honest about pricing and your flat rates. I was overcharged for the service I actually used. I drove 106 miles and paid over $111 dollars which is more than a dollar a mile. I was told there were no other options than renting it out for two days when I only needed it for half a day. I will NEVER use uhaul again.

The Uhaul clerk was exceptional! He was kind, down to earth, genuine, patient and non-assuming! A very solid, informed and kind person! I wish all Uhaul employees were like him! If there is a reward system in your company, I feel he should be acknowledged for this and even be asked to write an article or have an article written on him on how to provide remarkable service! I have been to Montana where he is from and there is something about people from there. They really get honesty, hard work and customer service! Great job for hiring him! Thank you!! Bill Gallo

Location was great. Uhaul was clean and in good operation. I would request that the Uhauls have a CD player and USB power plug. I drove 18 hours and all I had was radio, which, in the middle of nowhere, often doesn't work. a CD player and USB port would make the driving a lot safer.

I had 3 small issues. 1st was windshield washer fluid was out and window was dirty and couldn’t be clean. 2nd - The pad lock provided on the closing latch had a functioning key but the tumbler would not release the hook part of the padlock making it unusable and not allowing to secure the latch properly. 3rd - the spring in the bay door was very tight causing the door to fly up and then jamming. I had to use a stick to place pressure to guide door back under frame clearance. These were all in convenient, I would have expected the full equipment verification even the small things. - Juan T. 480-363-7317.
