My only issue was there was a piece of equipment in front of the lock boxes that made it a little challenging to pick up the key. Everything else was fine.

Hi, I had a disappointing experience with the U-Haul service at this location. When I arrived, the key to my rental was not in the lockbox, but the truck was already unlocked. Seemingly, other reservations this morning also did not have keys to their lockbox either. I’m not sure who didn’t put the keys in the lockbox or what may have happened overnight, but I expected to have the truck early to beat the heat, and instead I was unable to start on time. Thankfully, someone at Shoppers Supply was preparing the store to open early, but the truck key was found inside on the counter.

Also would be nice if they didnt have equiment for sle rifht in front of lock box Also when returning, vechilcle id sticker is right in front of gas gauge so it was difficult to get a n accurate picture of fuel gahe.
