There was trash under the seat of the truck so better cleaning would be a suggestion. The self dispatch was a nightmare! Had it not been for the Shopper employee that came to the rescue I would have had a meltdown. He was a God send. I will be calling asking for reimbursement. Due to the awful website set up I had to pay movers at $200 per hour for half an hour of doing nothing and I was late getting out if my house. I showed up at 7:10-7:15 to pick up the truck 10 min. From my house and did not get back to my house with the truck until 8:30, movers were there on time at 8 and I had to start paying them at that time. We had to enter information into the website form over and over then chat with someone then get on the phone where they asked us again for all the info we just entered! It was incredibly frustrating and not the super simple process I was led to believe it was. The app wouldn’t work at all. It was very disappointing. I trusted UHaul and didn’t even shop around for a better deal because they were close by and I thought had a great reputation.

Even though I spoke to 3 different associates BEFORE my pick up date, I was told "this location doesn't have you truck." After much stress of getting a truck which was way larger than my original order, it did NOT run smoothly, something is wrong with the engine, and the car jerks back and forth while driving, HORRIBLE for my 6hr drive!
Eduard DThe person at the drop off was rude no Custermer service at all . Dropped the truck off that same Saturday night. Call to check the next afternoon to make sure everything was fine. He said the gas. Was off 1/8 so I informed him they said to fill the gas back to where it was and I did so. He said the truck was fine and I had a few extra miles so when I asked how much was the difference he hung up. He was also rude to my son and daughter when they informed him they were leaving my car there . For me for when I dropped off the truck . Truck was rented for 24hrs only used for 12hrs. So it was dropped off very early. Because it was being after hours my car was being dropped off for exchange. Gentlemen was very rude to me and my family. I need to use your service one more time. I’ve been a storage room customer for well over 20yrs . Never had a dealing like this.
