How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe trailer was not clean. It had some sort of feces all over the floor of the trailer. I cleaned it out before using. Have never picked up a u-haul trailer where they did not check the tail lights before I left the yard. This was a first. I had my partner check the lights before we used the trailer. The trailer worked well on the drive. The app was not working to take pictures all the way around the trailer. It would only let me take the back where the license plate was located. All the others I tried erred out.
