Brit HMy only complaint was when I returned the tow dolly was told I will let someone know you returned it. I left feeling like what if they forget or get busy will I get charged for more time. Still never recieved an email that it was returned.
STEVEN PWay too far away from my home. Equipment rental is their side business so pretty slow to get service and setup.

TODD FMake the mobile check-in and check-out process simpler, and provide better instructions. Both times took 30 minutes and was frustrating. The location and equipment was fine. The process was horrible.
Ella WVery customer friendly both pickup and return. However very big suggestion…you better furniture and appliance dollys or hand trucks, need pushcart dollys that will carry more and allow big items to fit

SAMUEL MI literally only had my rental for 4 hours. That’s it. Barely drove 23 miles. And on my invoice it says I turned it in the next day when I in fact turn it in the same day I picked it up.

Noah HIt was a “okay” experience. I was caught off guard with the check in process. I had selected a mobile check in. Then, when we arrived, it asked for a phone reference along with a lease/ mortgage agreement. I understand it’s part of the process…I just wish that it had asked me sooner. Luckily, I had a digital copy of my mortgage contract otherwise I would have been in a bind. Also, I had to go inside and pick up the keys. Wasn’t really what I was expecting with a mobile check in…
KRISTINE DDakota did a great job getting the truck ready and was very prompt when I returned it
PAUL SU-haul did not ensure the truck was clean and prepared for our use. After loading and driving 30 minutes to our brand-new home, we started unloading the truck. Not until we were mostly done with the unloading did we notice black grease/oil all over most of the furniture legs and mattresses. This is unacceptable and should never have been allowed to happen. Now U-haul is dodging our phone calls and sent us to some RepWest company that won't help us out either. This is ridiculous. My carpets were stained, and lots of furniture was ruined.

DEBORAH FI dropped the vehicle off on the 24th and they never checked it in until the 27th. They called me saying I hadn't left the key when the reality was they messed up. They lied about the drop off date and they never apologized for their error. Would not recommend them.

PEDRO CQuick and easy process friendly staff easy after hours return
Shantel NI had the added moving help when I ordered the moving truck, but the movers didn't show up at the scheduled time and day of move out/move in. Thankfully I got a refund and it came 2 days later. During the day of the move, I called the location to ask for an extension to have the truck because we had no help and it was taking us longer than expected to move ourselves. The person was helpful in redirecting us to traffick control. When I called, she was empathetic and assisted me with an extension and waived the cost. I really appreciate the assistance. This put me at ease and helped us to push through the daunting l, but successful move. We finished with a peace of mind and we are thankful for your moving service.

MAURICIO GI did an online checkin and got approved. I then went to find the key from the lockbox and it wasn’t there. I went inside to the uhaul counter to find out where the key was, and the rep said he had pulled the key I guess because he thought I wasn’t coming?!! I was pretty upset since I had done the online checkin process starting around 8:55 am with a reservation time of 9 am! Thankfully the rep was able to get me the key but it sounded like he was going to have to tell another customer that it was no longer available. I was NOT happy with this messed up checkin!

JOHN CI like Shoppers Supply, great shopping experience. But.... if the checkout person is busy there is no obvious way to get assistance at the U Haul counter.
