SALLY KI showed up on time for my scheduled appointment and had to wait in line for 30 minutes to pick up my U-Haul. When it as my turn to work with the cashier, the cashier started helping the person behind me which delayed me picking up my U-Haul even longer.

TRISHA BVery impressed. Someone happened to be in the lot when I arrived and he came right over to assist me. Unhitched the trailer and sent me on my way in minutes. He told me, if I rented from them again, I could also go into the store and get assistance.

JEFFERY EThe initial online truck retrieval process needs to be updated, corrected, overhauled or something has to be done. The U-Haul phone app didn't work well. The online remote process requires connection to uhaul.com via Safari. Google Chrome browser will not work with uhaul.com. A live agent's help is required to guide the process to retrieve the truck. Instructions prior to arrival at the truck depot were not clear at all. Waiting for a callback from a live agent wasted time and was cumbersome. Once this initial process is done, then the truck retrieval is a smooth process, and the truck itself is as promised.
John IPlease consider using this location for all Uhaul customers they have the best customer experience I’ve ever had.

ROBERT BWe received a car hauler trailer that was obviously broken. When we tried to see if we could swap out- shoppers supply said- sorry can’t help- so we called U-Haul service. Hours later we were finally directed to a new location and were able to swap the trailer for a working one. So unhappy- why would we be give a trailer that was very obviously broken. Delayed out trip by hours. So disappointed!
MATTHEW CNo dolly in truck therefore needed to do much more manual work, which ended up with an extra trip to ease the load on our bodies (120 pound mother and 13 year old daughter moved all the furniture with no help). Did not receive follow up call either.

PETER WI’ve rented from this location multiple times and truthfully I’ve only came here for the free popcorn at the door and for convenience. They never have anyone at the desk and you usually have to wait 10 minutes for someone to walk to the front desk to help you. This location is not worth waiting 10 minutes just to speak to someone about your rental.

FRANK DDo not expect the customer to bring the trailer to a different location than was originally scheduled. Do your own repositioning of equipment.

DEBRA AWhen I have a reservation at one place it would be nice to get said equipment from that place instead of 5.5 miles away. I understand you didn’t have the vehicle I needed. The first tiime. But to do the same thing 2 days later was another.
JAMES FOn their website it said they open 24 hours but they were not there at 7pm! I drove 13 extra miles so I could return it on time. The other locations nearer to me were closing earlier, which I could not get to on time that is why I chose this one. I did the exact same move about with the same size truck about two months ago and was not charged for extra miles, WHY THIS TIME? I chose this location because of price it was $15.00 cheaper and said it was open 24hrs. You guys need to change you add if you are not open 24 hrs!!.
THOMAS WWe originally reserved with Budget. They tried to triple the insurance charge, charge $30 to add a driver and wouldn't allow for my husband to just use his debit card upon arrival. So we left and walked down a few stores into this location. The gentleman that helped us was AWESOME! Such an amazing experience. He helped us right away and we couldn't say more about this experience. However, when we left...the battery died as my husband was driving the truck. It literally stalled as he was driving the truck. Luckily he was able to safely move it off the road and into a parking lot. I do not believe this was the locations fault, but it was scary. he called the location and the same gentleman immediately came to him and jumped the battery. He also gave us a small discount for the issue.
