The vehicle only had 1/8 tank of gas and the rear right tire only had 28 psi of air when they need to be 80psi the stickers said. Kind of ridiculous that I had to essentially do maintenance for the vehicle upon claiming it. The guy working the desk was super nice though and got us out the door and onto moving which is the goal for this whole thing so his kindness and skill bumped it up to an average overall rating.

Brad HWorst neighborhood location i visited, got cheated on the last 2 visits - the attendant keeps on blaming "network" and asks me to call UHaul to resolve the dispute. I would go to one of the main stores or go to a competitor instead.
DAMILOLA AI had a lot of challenges with the pick up until I had to call the main office and have things resolved after about an hour of getting there. I'll prefer doing a pick up at the main office or a different location other than the one I used.
Joseph AGas tank was empty, ac was blowing hot air, vechile kept making a beeping noise. Person at the counter looked liked he didn't know what he was doing.
