I went to pick up a truck, went to take pics and back was infested with roaches, they said they couldn’t do anything for me. Now I don’t have a truck for what I needed it for and even though I didn’t use the truck they charged me and now I have to jump through hoops to get my money back. Not to mention my time and gas to go pick up a truck that was unusable that I’ll never get back so in the end I’m in the negative. CRAZY

DAVID FMy maps didn't take me to the right place. Someone needs to make sure it is updated. My map location stopped in the middle of the road with empty dirt fields on both sides. The actual drop off point is 2 more miles down the road. The lady I called for trip assistant didn't help at all and was rude. Gave me the same address and I tried to explain it was not there, she didn't care said it was right there, so deal with it basically.

Pedro CUhaul App absolutely terrible. Had several issues trying to return equipment. I rented 2 trucks and there was no easy way to return them. Connecting to GPS was terrible. Complete nonsense.
