THIS was the single worst uhaul experience I have ever had. Because of the inability to accept my method of payment at a remote location I didnt even request and was sent to, having to rebook outside of the city I was in and needing to drive an hour out of my way 1 way, cutting my moving time to less then half of what was planned and wasting my money and gas, the truck being smaller then advertised, being told I would get a 10% discount but not having that reflected in the recipt, the drop off date being a day SOONER then what was discussed to drop it off at a location that wasn't even open that day, being told we would get 100 extra kms yet somehow OWING when dropping off and challenging the remainder payment to have it go NO WHERE and have Uhaul take the money anyway with NO ONE FOLLOWING UP to see why I didn't think I should pay MORE. Oh and the fact that picking it up took 1.5 hrs of sitting because uhauls system was down and couldn't even call customer service!!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE, will not be recommending and personally I think know uhaul owes me the stuff I didnt have time to load into the truck.
