We had a lot of trouble contacting u-haul during our pick up. We ended up leasing a much larger truck than we originally planned and there wasn't a dolly provided which we requested. Through mistakes by u_haul I ended up paying more than was quoted at first.
Dana MWe were shifted to this location on short notice. It was disappointing that we had to scramble for all the items we were expecting to rent, as the short stop location did not have any blankets or dolly's yet. We had to stop at a separate location for blankets and no dolly's were available anywhere near. The crew at Short Stop were excellent and extremely helpful. Even giving us access to their personal equipment to make up for U-haul not having any dolly's available. I really appreciated all they did
