I was supposed to pick up the U-Haul at 9:00 am and it took until after 9:30 to get the truck. I waited on the phone call and the chat didn’t work but I was expected to not be late to pick it up. I was questioned about renting it way more than when I went to a place of business and it took twice as long. Not sure if I will ever rent a U-Haul truck again.

THERESA PThe only issues is having to use the truck share and then them holding way over the amount in someone account for 2 days over drawing the account when the final bill was 58.32 and ypu charge 132.00 to their account for 48 hours allowing overdraft. That should not be allowed the final bill should be all that's allowed to be charged in an account
