The pick up service was great! Show me rents in Bolivar mo were so helpful! However, the online check in to drop off was awful. It took over 15 minutes just to get it to work. It would not connect the location services at all. Unfortunately we had to use 3 different phones before we got it to work. Luckily we had people with us to help or we would have had no way to get it checked in. Very disappointing.CALEB M.

This was the second time I have had to move this year. Both times I used Show Me Rents U-Haul. Mike, Steve an Christian were exceptional to work with. They took the time to explain the options available and literally saved us hundreds of dollars on our moves. We're only visiting Bolivar Mo for a couple days to deliver a car to our daughter. We went to the original location designated to return the car dolly and they wouldn't accept it because they said they were closed? Looked open to me. Went to the other location and they were friendly and helpful. However, it was not a clean or inviting environment. Looked like they conducted other repair type business out of the establishment. They were helpful and processed the return of the car dolly in a quick and efficient manner.JAMES F.

The truck was full of mud both inside the cab and out. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY THE TRUCK WAS GIVEN TO ME WITH A DASH LIGHT ON AND A MESSAGE THAT THE REAR TIRE WAS LOW. WHEN I CHECKED IT NOT ONLY WAS IT LOW IT WAS 20 LBS LOW. And finally, the truck was five to me me with just over half a tank of gas and I had five hours to drive, so before I could even start my trip I had to go to the gas station.Dave K.

The truck was dirty in cab and the back had to sweep it out before I could use it, it had about a inch of dust in the hole back, that I had to clean out. The cab was just nasty like it has never cleaned.Darrell S.
