Because this location is strictly for use of the app in regards to picking up and dropping off the equipment, the location had limited internet access which made pickup and drop-off extremely frustrating.

Darnea WI couldn't even get on the site to take my pictures for my ID. The lady or the owner there had to do it for me and everything took time. So that left me behind which I didn't get the truck at the time that I was supposed to. So that put me behind and getting back about a 40 minutes late and then I would charge for it. If you're going to charge people for being late because of your system is not working and allowing people to have time to input it because I didn't know that's a no hands-on location. So then I got charged because of that. You guys are a scammers and worthless and I'm tired of U-Haul. You say you're cheaper than the other ones but you know what it's really showing it because you get what you pay for. And I have used you guys for a long time and is just getting worse and worse and I'm getting scammed more more. I have that truck clean and filled up like I was supposed to and then I had to take all those stupid pictures when I pulled up. And then I was still overcharged. I even called the lady up and she said I shouldn't be and you guys lied. Look it up I did call.
Sonya HDropped off trailer after hours / Sunday. No one was there to work with on dropping off rental. But, then Uhaul app was very easy to use.

Kenneth FFirst, I was not notified this would be a mobile pickup. Upon arrival no one was present but a vicious dog behind a locked door. I resorted to checking in on line, this process is ridiculous, I have to put all my information in 3 different times and take picture of my drivers license front and back each time. This took me 45 minutes which was time I really did not have to spare on moving day. The van only had 1/3 tank of gas. Inside the van is a sign indicating a charge of $25 if the van is not clean and the moving blankets not folded. We upon receipt of our van the blankets were in a heap not folded and it was dirty inside. I know this because I swept it out and folded the blankets I did not order ,so I would not get charged. Oh and the Van check engine light was on so I am sure the fuel economy was very poor. Thankfully I did not have far to drive. U-haul you can do better than this..
JEFFERY WI’ve never used the virtual pick up, and wasn’t aware this was the situation I was going into. After waiting for a half hour for the vendor to show up, I called the customer service line, and talked to a couple extremely helpful people, who guided us through the situation.
Scott CLocation was less than desirable- did not look like a Uhaul rental place. Big dog barking in the building. Phone calls were never answered. Truck was full of dead bugs. It also had a lot of dust on the seats and in the cabin. There was poor lighting. When we returned the truck, we had to use our vehicle lights and our phone lights to maneuver the key box. And when, delivering at night, lots of dogs were barking.

Sergio HLocation had posted hours and it was not open even after an hour of that time. There was the bark of what seemed to be a vicious dog ready to attack just on the other side of the door. The whole online process/self-check in was stressful and took up nearly an hour of my time. I don’t recommend this location or this company
Malachi SWhen I pulled in, I wasn't sure where to go. I didn't know where to leave my car nor did I feel comfortable leaving it. The rental wasn't clean and they also didn't have the dolly I requested. They gave me a utility dolly instead which didn't really help because it was hard to maneuver. Check-in wasn't smooth. And then when I returned the vehicle, they stated that I had went 83 which wasn't true. I was never asked for starting miles, only ending miles, so I'm confused as to how they came up with this number. I only had it for 2 hours which makes is nearly impossible to go 83 miles and move stuff. I only went about 10. I emailed to get the issue resolved and the person on the other side of the email, Rob Davenport, was less than helpful. I'm still trying to get this resolved. I'm not paying an additional almost $70 for services I didn't use. RIDICULOUS. I won't use them again.

Donna NI would recommend the self service to this location. There were no actual people there. Counter service shouldn't be an option. Took me an hour and 2 call to uhaul to get truck.
yevgeniy oSuper friendly and helpful. Provided what I needed in a timely manner. Check out and return was a smooth process. No paperwork to fill out, just do everything online, and in advance and you’ll be in and out in mere minutes.

Bobby VThey changed my drop off location to over 500 miles away then forged my signature on the contract. I had used U-Haul's early check in on-line, it seems most of the data was lost and the attendant had to re-do it taking about 30 minutes. And she could not figure out how to my truck's trailer rating.

Charles MUhaul is who messed up! Not the location, uhaul cancelled our reservation, not sure why? One hour later after booking another reservation to get the truck uhaul still wouldn’t approve? Thank god for the location and their patience for waiting 45 minutes after they closed! Uhaul needs some serious help and organization! I got transferred over 5 times and still couldn’t get an answer, luckily the location honored our word and conformation or we would still be waiting! Ridiculous!
Alan SI rented from this location over a month ago and they charged my account almost $300 for damages to the truck. Damages that I DID NOT CAUSE! How is it that they've just noticed damages a month later?! Just another group of low-lifes SCAMMING innocent people!!!

Danielle MWe arrived at the rental location at our pick-up time (9am) to find no one there. We were unable to contact anyone as the number is listed as “no longer available”. No one arrived for 40 minutes, though they did eventually reach out to me to inform me they were running late. Please note, your Field Manager, Justin, was very helpful through all this. Thanks to him, my overall opinion of Uhaul is good; however, I would not suggest that pick-up location.
Linda NI turned in my rental truck on Saturday around noon with 1/3 tank of gas. I got the truck around 1:30 pm on Friday. When I received my invoice it showed I did not return it until Sunday with 1/4 tank of gas. I will say the lady attendant was very nice and polite. I’m just disappointed about the extra day charge and the gas. I ended up needing only 1 day not two.

Stephen HReturned the trailer at 12:45 and nobody there. Closing is at 4:00 pm. Waited 35 minutes and still no one. Left notes but still caused worry leaving it. Called uhaul and got no helpful advice
Robert SMy contract was for six days, I kept the vehicle less than 48 hours. A week later I was billed extra for keeping the vehicle an extra day (7 days) and the drop off location has not responded to my calls.

Rick RMy vehicle was filthy when I picked it up. I'm disappointed in Uhaul customer service that no one contacted me during the rental or afterwards when I notified UHaul of the unsanitary vehicle at the time of pickup.

ralph rI read somewhere that they would call 24 hours in advance to confirm, and they did not. I called because I was concerned about the trailer being there since I didn't get a phone call, know one answered.
