Aaron MIt wasn’t the original location I had booked but they were very accommodating and helpful to fix my issues here. However, the original location I had booked to do a mobile pick up at 4. I had issues logging into the system from the beginning then had to call customer service she helped me get into the system and get all the way through everything to get to the lock and the code doesn’t work to open it. She tries calling the owner multiple times and he didn’t answer. So she had to transfer my reservation to a new location which was further away and cost me more in mileage. I was supposed to be getting contacted by corporate about a refund but haven’t received a call yet.
Kristina POf all the dealing with U-Haul this has been the most easiest and most pleasant. The owner and staff here are very helpful and nice. Very professional. Now this is my new home I will definitely be using this location for all future U-Hail needs.
Tyler MDave was very friendly and helpful. He recommended road coverage and I’m glad that he did. I had a flat on the car transport that was quickly repaired by the roadside assistance associated with U-HaulI. I appreciate Dave’s helpful suggestions.

Irene PCall them multiple times, never an answer. Went over at 4:30 on Friday, they were suppose to be there till 6:00. No one there! I called customer service and ended up being transferred to 4 different people! Horrible customer service!!! I ended up just leaving the trailer there. Took pictures. I was unable to do the mobile app to drop off because I couldn’t get service. If I would have known that prior I would have down loaded the app at my house.
JERRIE CThe staff at Shrader was helpful. However, this is not where I scheduled the rental. I went to the U Haul location where I reserved the trailer and was informed it was not there. I was then sent to Shrader. Big waste of time and very confusing.
