Call them multiple times, never an answer. Went over at 4:30 on Friday, they were suppose to be there till 6:00. No one there! I called customer service and ended up being transferred to 4 different people! Horrible customer service!!! I ended up just leaving the trailer there. Took pictures. I was unable to do the mobile app to drop off because I couldn’t get service. If I would have known that prior I would have down loaded the app at my house.

The staff at Shrader was helpful. However, this is not where I scheduled the rental. I went to the U Haul location where I reserved the trailer and was informed it was not there. I was then sent to Shrader. Big waste of time and very confusing.
