Truck was filthy inside and out. There was half of a sandwich and wrapper left behind the driver seat.. My husband followed me in his car and discovered that the left taillight and blinker were not working. About halfway to destination,, check engine light came on. Was not told to follow a link for inspection pictures prior to leaving the facility and the link had expired by the time we got home.

MICHAEL MService light was on. Gas was less than we were told. Left message on voicemai with store to let them Know Returned with exact amount of gas or more, then we started with but was charged almost $10 for gas.

AMY MMy original location for pick up in San Ramon did not leave the key for the truck I rented so I had to go an extra 6 miles to pick up from this location. They were fabulous but I was charged for the extra 12 miles.

RONALD LThe truck I had was horrible. I am surprised I didn’t have anything damaged. The suspension or shocks were so bad. I couldn’t even drive on the freeway. I felt it was very, very unsafe to drive I have driven a lot of uhauls I even drove one from Reno to San Diego so I know how the should drive. This truck should be taken off the fleet!

ARISTIO SThe van floor was dirty. All four tires were low and I did not know how to get the message lights off so I could read the mileage for check-in. I. called the 1800 number they did not know. They connected me to roadside they did not know. On my 3rd call to the 1-800, number the operator said push all the buttons I see. Then when I started driving on all the low tires to COSTCO to get the tires looked at the engine light came on. it came on again 4 more times on my way home and one time on. Sunday. No one said let me take something off the van since you needed to fix all the tires or be stuck behind a store at night! Obviously, nobody looks at the vehicles when they come back
Kimberly SLocation was convenient. The representative was cordial and did all she could to ensure an excellent experience. The truck was in good condition and had no issues over 1200 miles. The price was competitive and overall a much better experience than I had with their competitor "B".
JAMES MHaving larger trucks closer to my area not have to fight major traffic and 20us miles to get the right size. Moving a house hold in a small tiny truck is rediclous but the agent we used was very efficient and friendly and helpful. I would do business with them again.

Clarence DI've used Haul 2x at the Postal Annex in Danville, and both times I did not get the equipment I reserved. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO MOVE IF I DONT HAVE A UTILITY DOLLY AND BLANKETS??!!!! You should not be able to reserve them if they are not available. I will never use UHAUL again.

RAJU NLocation owner was rude and would not listen or help us. The lot was full of Safeway delivery trucks and we could not get in. She made us wait and ask delivery drivers to make room to get in. I am a regular UHaul user. This will make me use someone else.

chang lI was disappointed that I was charged for insurance coverage when I had selected during my reservation that I did not wish to have coverage. It feels like a scam that I had to opt-out of the coverage again.

Stan BNice people. We liked the location and would likely use it again. HOWEVER, we were informed that U-Haul does not rent the smaller panel vans to go one way and drop off. Only for rent and return to the same location. That was a huge problem, as the other trucks were much too large for the amount of things we had to move. We also completely disagreed with U-Haul's policy of renting us a truck with only a half full tank of gas and saying we had to return it the same way. We returned it with nearly a three quarter tank because when we filled up half way, it was difficult to gauge how much we would need to get to our destination and have a half tank left. So, we overfilled it--and overpaid for fuel. This is a blatant and obvious attempt by U-Haul gouge customers for fuel and a total ripoff. For these reasons, we will not rent from U-Haul again and would not recommend U-Haul to others.

John QMobile check in does not work. After taking a photo of myself, it will not proceed to license photo. I had to go to the counter where they send me a text message for it to work. I ended up renting the regular way not mobile.
Isidro TThe U-Haul check-in APP was not working and I tried to check-in multiple times. I spent about 40 minutes trying to drop off the truck. I called customer service and waited on hold for over 25 minutes to find out what to do. I had already left the area by that time.
Holly STruck has 116 K miles and the engine needs work. The truck “surges” on occasion - very dangerous!! .

ALICHA BTruck was dusty inside. Driver's side mirror kept moving out of position when going over bumps. A/C kept cutting out for short periods. When working it was very minimal. We were hot!
Carl BIt did not impact my use of the vehicle but outside could have been cleaner. Inside was fine. I don’t think this facility has washing equipment so I was not to bothered. It is a GREAT and convenient place to rent vehicles.
