Uhaul is a master brand for moving needs, or so you would think. A move takes a moving truck, moving labor and most importantly dollies/helping trucks/furniture pads. I had 2 helping trucks/dollies and furniture pads reserved , but on day of rental i was told they are not available. A move involves so much of planning, and this uhaul center in Danville tells me that the equipment can never conformed and may or may jot be available - the equipment that you need to do a move. I had to do a 4br move with zero equipment. Kudos to a moving company brand that tells me to plan a move putting boxes on my shoulders all day long instead of figuring out a way to reliably deliver the equipment that I reserved two weeks in advance. The worst part was no calls ahead of the day alerting us of this, no apologies - nada zilch.

Bill Dwhen i was picking up the truck, i was not able to complete the checking process thru the application, it requested me to do it by phone, and I waited about an hour until a nice agent answered the phone then when I tried to take a picture of the initial millage the app was also not working since it said the location service was not enabled (but it was) baside that, the rest of the experience using and returning the truck was all great
Salva MUhaul needs to work on cleaning, every time I rent a vehicle my experience is the same. They either didn't bother on inspecting it and make sure it has been properly cleaned and ready for the next customer. It is very dissapointing knowing Uhaul doesn't care about these details. The condition is always the same dirty inside/outside, doors with soda spill, windows and mirrors that don't shine showing they have been clened.
Elizabeth OMake it clear, this is a U-Haul neighborhood location, meaning it is in a business called Postal Annex, so we do not have to look for 30 minutes to figure that out. This should be explained by the person that takes our reservation, and should be mentioned in the reservation text sent out to the person renting the U-Haul You also have too many trees that are an obstacle to seeing there is a Postal Amex with a sign on the window that says U-Haul. Lastly, when we went to drop off the tck we didn't know that we could just do it ourselves via the app and that it appears it is all done, but the app contains other steps where multiple pictures are asked to be taken of the truck being returned. The kid at the customer service counter couldn't help us because he was the only one in the store and had other customers in the lobby. Last and not least, this is for Headquarters; Please, quit flagging my account. Thanks!
