Staff was super friendly and informative. I’ve never rented a Uhaul before and felt well equipped after picking up the keys. Also, if you want to practice driving ghr uhaul this is the perfect pickup location because there’s low traffic, where it’s easy to get acclimated with a large truck.
Lanea AA beverage cup from the previous renter plus a padlock from the previous renter were left in the vehicle. In addition, the battery died while I was renting I had to buy jumper cables and get jumped. to continue my journey.
Michael CI initially ordered a 15' truck for a one way trip a week in advance. Then the day before the move, I was suddenly alerted that the truck wasn't available at this location and I was switched over to pick up a truck from a location 20+ miles away. I called them and switched it back to the original location, but a smaller truck. Then on the day of, the employee explained they had a 15' truck, but it had to be roundtrip. So I was able to get that. But if this was the case, the 15' one way truck should not have been an option in the first place. And even if it was, I should have been given more than 1 day notice of the change
