Location was convenient. The representative was cordial and did all she could to ensure an excellent experience. The truck was in good condition and had no issues over 1200 miles. The price was competitive and overall a much better experience than I had with their competitor "B".

Having larger trucks closer to my area not have to fight major traffic and 20us miles to get the right size. Moving a house hold in a small tiny truck is rediclous but the agent we used was very efficient and friendly and helpful. I would do business with them again.
MARY FI was yesterday to make a reservation and the Uhaul sistem was very slow. And in this morning the sistem was not working so l had to wait until was writing on the paper.
