I reserved a truck online with dolly, appliance dolly and furniture dolly. Incredibly, none of these dollies were provided. What good is a moving truck without dollies?

I have used the location a few times and continue to go back to them because of customer service and good equipment.

We reserved 10' truck, but last minute they changed our reservation and told us, we have to take 15' truck. For U Haul reservation does not have any meaning! When we reached the destination, we could not drop truck at local U Haul center, because truck was too big! We have to drive other side of city, we have to pay for extra fuel, and Taxi to get back. There was lots of frustration!

I reserved a handtruck but was told none was available and that I should go 20 miles to another location to get one. If I reserve one, there should be one there. What sort of shitty system do you have if such a small thing can not be handled by your staff and system. Very disappointed and upset. How are you going to make this right for?

I can not add any comments to improve the service or the rental. Customer service was exceptional.

We recommend that you keep the gas tank full. It's easier that way for your customers to return truck w full gas tank.

No recommendations. I think everything was great! The online reservation system was somewhat non-intuitive but the pickup location was great - efficient, knowledgeable staff, good equipment, easy return.

The owner that took care of me could not have been more gracious at the Danville, CA location. She was kind, efficient, and very pleasant. I would recommend the Danville location at the Tassajara Crossing shopping center to all. Wonderful service!

Horrible service experience! Drove the truck total of 18 miles and filled it back up with gas to where it was on the gauge when i took it out. When i got my receipt back I had been charged $53 for gas! Then get yelled at by the lady at postal annex when I call to try to figure out what is going on. Now I get to work with customer service who will contact me "in 24-48 hrs" in hopes of maybe getting my money back. What a joke. If you must use this place take pictures of gas gauge and millage before you leave! or its by our word against theirs.. and even if the simple math of the number of miles you drove would lead any reasonable person to see there has been an error, they already got your money!!
