It took over an hour to complete rental. The equipment was in poor condition. The connector for the trailer lights didn't fit the truck. They told me I might find one at a nearby truck stop .

There was no one at the business when I arrived for my original appointment at 9am. When someone did arrive she was there to open the restaurant. It took until 12:15 to get everything worked out and finally receive the vehicle. The reservation time was changed twice, and that was after 4 or 5 phone calls back and forth with customer service who advised me if they changed my appointment time I would be charged even though Uhauls certified dealer was late as well as running their primary business, she was the cook, at the same time as trying to rent vehicle. It was a horrible experience and I would not recommend this location or any location outside of a corporate store. Uhaul could really benefit from providing these businesses with internet, that may make the process easier.
