Engine light was on Truck was not cleaned out in the front or in the back. I paid for 50 mi in gas and was not reimbursed. I did not use 50 mi.
TAMMY CAgain, emails and texts regarding drop off were not customer focused. Staff at both Sids and Corona Self Storage again listened and addressed issues and concerns.

CRYSTAL NNothing about this location, but it would be nice to have cruise control on the vehicle. The 20’ and 26’ usually are for longer trips and being able to engage cruise control would be less stressful for the drive
KARL LThe rental truck I received had dirty exterior, including windshield, windows, and mirrors. Spent 20 minutes cleaning them just so I could drive safely. Rear ramp had debris from last renter, including rocks, dirt, and broken glass. There were empty beverage containers behind the seats. Ignition had short and would allow key to come out properly and lights stayed on (not headlights), even when truck engine was off and keys were out. Truck had over 110,000 miles on it and needs to retire. Oh, and the price changed on my rental. Had to call corporate to get original price, which was over $70 less.
DONALD DI had to drive two hours to get the truck and was supposed to have unlimited miles. Well I was lied to. Calling at the end of the day before Thanksgiving left me no choice but to use you. Because of not having a truck where I was leaving added another 80 miles out of my way and then to get charged 700$ was madness. You are frauds. I didn’t even get enough miles to cover my move.

ROY HI dropped my trailer off after closing time but a gentleman from the office came out, showed me where to park, guided me backing up the trailer and helped me unhook.
TRACY AWe dropped off our u-haul after closing hours. The key drop box was easily accessible. Prior to drop off The man was very courteous and helpful.

JEFFREY PThis is a disgusting, dirty place. The owner/manager acts like a bum, lazy and dirty. I had to go find and pull my own truck out of the lot and back up and hook up to the trailer myself. Poor customer service on everything, including the phone call to the property. Would never recommend this place. But I love Uhaul, ever since they started keeping higher quality and new year vehicles. I will continue to use uhaul, but never return to this one.
DWAYNE PI ordered a dozen blankets and did not receive them. The location was closed even though it was verified that I would be picking up the truck on November 15. The runaround from U-Haul took over an hour before I could actually get the truck. That delayed my movers which were being paid by the movers, my time, and shows the lack of professionalism at the very least on U-Haul's behalf. I feel that I deserve a refund for at least an hour of the truck rental because of the delay and a refund on not receiving the blankets which I had ordered. I would never recommend this site to anyone not even my worst enemy!

I have made a few local moves over the years, but this was the first time renting a truck one-way out of state. The simplicity and ease of their online system puts U-Haul above their competition. GARY AHave an actual office at the location not just a tiny 10ft x 10ft shed converted into an office. Not having business owners toddlers running around and playing with toys /yelling in front of customers. Pick up the phone when calling the office. Very nice and friendly owner though.
Kenan SDropped the truck off a few hours early. Attendant would not receive the truck until the next day. Reported to the attendant that the truck started throwing codes after about 10 miles on the freeway. Codes for advancetrac, abs and stability. Truck would not go on cruise control after that.

Aybrin LWe were charged $9 for gas. But we returned th3 truck with the exact amount on the gauge. 1/4 tank. But the pickup location put 5/8 on the contract. Cheap rip off.

SHNEOR NFriendly people. Apparently, our drop off location was changed from what we reserved. The gentleman was able to get it changed back to here which is where we reserved and booked.
