On the last two occasions, we reserved a certain length, only to get a call or arrive to find out they dont have it. And had me rent the next size up WITHOUT ANY DISCOUNTS. I have to spend over budget because the company has bad customer service. Location for this one was great. Plently of room. For the love of god, you should honor the original price since you were the one that made a mistake in the first place.

How U-Haul Reviews Workthere was no personal available on this location for drop off. The lot was open and didn't see any security. so was kind of reserved as to leaving the trailer but went to the check in on the website followed the prompts and dropped the trailer and left.

WILLIAM WSid’s is apparently managing two locations not on site and when they check you out all he does is collect money. When I noticed damage on truck I went back in and he did not even come to inspect truck with me he just said if it has an X you are good. They didn’t have truck size I wanted 20ft and no one was willing to assist so I had to upgrade to 26ft that I didn’t need and my wife couldn’t drive that cost me more money. I was told when I called that U-Haul would try to assist when rental was returned but when I called lady said there was nothing she could do. I will go to Lowe’s next time.
