I will never recommend uhaul
Ro CThe owner charged me $40 cash to hook up the dolly for me. I understand they are not supposed to do that. It's my fault that I did not ask for a receipt. Someone let me know if they are allowed to do this to their customers and if not I would like to lodge a complaint.
