We were supposed to pick up near where we lived, but we had to drive and hr and a half instead. Then the guy was supposed to discount us for having to drive so far but we got charged for the extra miles and the original amount. Also we were supposed to get an extra day they tried to take it back from us sooner which was not agreed. Then today three weeks later we get a call asking where the dolley is? It was a very frustrating experience and I dont know if well go back or recommend uhaul.

My U-Haul as scheduled for pick-up at 8:00 - I found out the store did not open until 9:00. I had to stand in line for 1 hour and when I did get my truck, I got a text saying I had only 22 hours left on my contract because you said I picked it up at 8:00. This is not right!!!!!!.

The worker was very nice but we stood in line for almost two hours to get a rental that I had already reserved. He was having computer trouble and it took forever. Once it was my turn, he had to enter my information so many times he had my phone number memorized. It pushed out entire day back by two hours. He had to then go mop out the truck. I don't think this was his fault, but it was extremely frustrating.

Charged a ton for the gas, it was a hair under what it should of been. On website didnt say we had to return truck to same store luckly someone was driving back to return it for me. I hate that on moving day I had to choose to return the truck to that location or have all my plans change because of you guys.

Uhaul a terrible online/app scheduling system with no support. However if it wasn’t for the guys at this location who helped me when Corp uhaul wouldn’t, I would have gone to Penske. Best location ever- saved the sale!

They have charged $25 as cleaning cost although i made sure 10foot truck that i rented on 8/4/2019 2:30pm - 6pm from 3326 Center Point Rd NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52402 was returned clean and in same condition. Not responding over phone (319-540-8471) and not sure why they do not pick up my call and talk to customers. This is one of worst experience. I will not recommend this to any one.
