The manager is amazing! Hoping she is there the next time we need a trailer. Thorough and quick. Easy dropoff. This is a smaller location, but apparently popular.

Trailer had four lights out brakes did not work and the rear axle of the trailer bounced down the road like a basketball
Terry SPick up area looked like a shack. Employee was in below average condition and maintenance. We were rerouted 30 miles north and had made a reservation a week prior. Would not recommend. Very inconvenient and a time consuming process.
Jacqueline DIt was a convenience store/gas station that looked abandoned. No one was there. There were a few uhaul trucks there, and the drop box. My husband had already dropped the keys and the contract in the box. We didn't know we had to use the app and submit photos, so we had to call customer service and make it right. The guy back in Nebraska didn't clue us in about the app and nobody was there. Later I looked in my email and there was like 20 pages of stuff I was supposed to read which mentioned the app and the return process. But when you're moving, who's got time for that? It's the info you get from the person at the rental desk that you need. Also the first few times I attempted to use the app it didn't work, so I quit trying.. So we might use uhaul again, but only because the savings was substantial over Penske.
