How U-Haul Reviews WorkUsing the mobile app was a terrible experience. My reservation never appeared, so I was forced to seek support for staff in person. This resulted in me paying for the support fee, which in my opinion is EXTREMELY unfair. Seeing as I had taken the necessary steps for my reservation, but the app failed to deliver on its part. It’s not fair to offer “free” mobile app services, when the app doesn’t even work. I’m annoyed, frustrated, and short another $20.
Caleb WWe received the truck with a damage driver mirror, truck had no gas, and was nasty on the inside..broken glass in the cab along with dirty and food. The last person who had the truck hauled greasy parts that was never cleaned and now is on our stuff.worst experience with uhaul..
