The lady that helped me was very rude and didn’t explain things well. She had a horrible attitude. Would not recommend going to this location again.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkEven though we were doing self-serve, we were warmly greeted by someone working there, asked if we needed any help, and wished a good day. The truck was clean and worked great, and everything went well.
Jason CNot impressed with the fact that I couldn’t drop it off in another location so I had to drive all the way back to where I moved from and had to buy the trailer light hook up last minute putting me behind schedule should add that to the description if it’s needed
Samantha DFriendly and convenient
Christopher BUsing the mobile app was a terrible experience. My reservation never appeared, so I was forced to seek support for staff in person. This resulted in me paying for the support fee, which in my opinion is EXTREMELY unfair. Seeing as I had taken the necessary steps for my reservation, but the app failed to deliver on its part. It’s not fair to offer “free” mobile app services, when the app doesn’t even work. I’m annoyed, frustrated, and short another $20.
