Don't give away a vehicle that was "Guaranteed". Rented a 15' truck, was not there upon pickup. Reserved truck was given to another customer. Was given at 20' truck then had to navigate Chicago traffic in the vehicle.
Luke CQuit trying to change my reservations to a different location. I make my reservations with this dealer because of their great service. Twice now Uhaul changed my reservation to a different dealer, without my consent.
