It was a convenience store/gas station that looked abandoned. No one was there. There were a few uhaul trucks there, and the drop box. My husband had already dropped the keys and the contract in the box. We didn't know we had to use the app and submit photos, so we had to call customer service and make it right. The guy back in Nebraska didn't clue us in about the app and nobody was there. Later I looked in my email and there was like 20 pages of stuff I was supposed to read which mentioned the app and the return process. But when you're moving, who's got time for that? It's the info you get from the person at the rental desk that you need. Also the first few times I attempted to use the app it didn't work, so I quit trying.. So we might use uhaul again, but only because the savings was substantial over Penske.

The lady was very nice. She was efficient and we were not there long. Very friendly.
EUGENE CU-Haul changed my pickup time from 9 to 10am. Place opens at 9 but no one answered phone when I called. Finally someone picked up at 9:20 and when I asked to come early she said she needed to do a bank run and that 10 was when I needed to come. I showed up at 10 and there was a sign on the door that said she was on bank run and that she would be back in 15. Well she didn’t get back till 1035. So my 9am reservation turned into 1035 Which caused us to have to cut short our use because we had something to go to later on. VERY poor experience
Gregory DInside of van was dirty, I had to use my leaf blower to clean. Found a couple of cigarette bitts and van smelled like smoke. Lot was very full when I returned the van
