Jared jDon't close early when you have clients with appointments. The check in process (self check in) was a nightmare. And no apology or even an acknowledgment that they left me hanging. I had an appointment to pick up a truck at 4:30pm, and they were slow, so they left at 4pm. Very unprofessional.
Stacey WWe rented a trailer for moving in Idaho. When we returned the trailer we were charged an extra $15 for cleaning. I don't know how you expect the exterior to not be a bit dirty after driving 10+ hours on highways! It was not excessively dirty and I was not informed that they expected it to be returned washed !! I am very unhappy with this.
Jennifer RVery impressed with the staff and experience. They were flexible and helpful. I'd particularly like to compliment the young man who hooked the trailer to my truck. Unfortunately I don't recall his name. He was engaged, happy to be working at the site, extremely helpful, and anxious to assist me with the rental. That type of experience is rare and memorable. I'll be a fan of Uhaul and that location for a long time because of that experience!

Geoffrey RThe service from the agent was excellent. However, the trailer had a mechanical issue and was making a lot of racket. We were able to transport our piano, but the trailer has something wrong with it.

fraser hWhy are there 2differant charges pending on my Bank account for my u haul yesterday, one is for $71 ,which is about $10 more than I usually pay for a THREE HOUR RENTAL and one is for just under $6, your vehicle was returned with slightly more fuel than it left with.? I will be disputing the second charge seen on my account with my bank.

Melissa TI got inside the truck with 24 miles till empty. That in my book was really a shitty way to start my day. Then not have my equipment I ordered 3 weeks in advance and to be able to see the equipment stacked behind a shipping container was cherry on top.
Joshuah REverything was great but the truck was below half full tank so I lost about $45.00-$50.00 dollars in gas. Not right! Gas prices are high they should rent trucks out with full tank so it's easy on customers to return the truck with the same amount of gas. Customer service was great truck was clean.
