The property owner told us to meet for 9:00 am We called and U-Haul told us he was there Then when we called back cause we didn’t find him U-Haul said he was ten minutes away Then 20 min after that He called and we did the process over the phone Had to go into his lock box and find the keys Witch he also forgot the password for so that was a process Very unhappy with the service And would not recommend U-Haul to anymore Thank you
Kelsey OThis was an unmanned location which I was unaware of. I booked at Queensview , was asked to relocate to Bentley, which I did. Pick up was very complicated as no one was there to facilitate it. I spent 20 minutes on the phone trying to figure it out. She kept insisting that the office was open at 11:00 -5:00. We kept insisting that there was nobody there! Very poor experience for a pickup. I trust my invoice was billed according.
