Very difficult pickup. Instructions were not correct. Lock box code was incorrect. Had to phone for help. Then had to wait a long time for someone to call back with the proper code. And when you call, it is just some guy answering, not u-haul. Seems very sketchy. I thought maybe it was a scam. But I eventually got the keys. I was promised a discount for switching to this location. The discount never materialized. So I drove farther and therefore paid for extra mileage all for nothing. I would definitely not go to this location!
PAUL KIf i could give this location a lower rating than a 1-star rating, i would! Stay away at all costs. Tried to overcharge me for 3 times the amount, no one was there for pickup, a random guy was contacted to open the box to give me the truck keys. Gas tank wasn't even filled, about 1/8th left. and the truck was dirty inside and out! As for returning the truck! I was told to call a number at drop-off, which i tried, and got sent straight to voice mail, three times on 2 different numbers! Left the truck there and the keys in the box, but thankfully i took a picture of the Odometer to prove the total Kms traveld, and it helped me to prove that i did in fact return the truck when i was supposed to, and not 3 DAYS later like the invoice stated! U-Haul has always been great, but this location, NEEDS to be looked into and supervised!
Toufic B"I am writing to dispute an incorrect charge of $65 related to the fuel level on my recent rental. I drove approximately 90 kilometers, and I returned the van with the same fuel level as when I picked it up. I request that this charge be reviewed and a refund issued".
OMRAN JThe property owner told us to meet for 9:00 am We called and U-Haul told us he was there Then when we called back cause we didn’t find him U-Haul said he was ten minutes away Then 20 min after that He called and we did the process over the phone Had to go into his lock box and find the keys Witch he also forgot the password for so that was a process Very unhappy with the service And would not recommend U-Haul to anymore Thank you
