I originally didn't book at this location. I had booked (several weeks in advance) at a closer location that I was familiar with. It was changed by U-Haul a couple of days before the pick up and I was worried because we needed to pick up the vehicle by 8:30 and the internet said that the new location didn't open until 11 am. I exchanged a few voicemail messages with someone at the location and although they said we could pick up at 8:30, it wasn't clear to me how this was going to happen. They said that I had to have the app (which I did) and the lockbox code was in the app (it was not). When we arrived at the location, we found the key boxes with coded locks but we didn't have the code. There was a number to call in the app if we needed assistance. I called the number. The call was answered immediately. The person walked me through the whole process and was very patient and helpful. I was stressed about the pick up but it was easy and customer service was excellent.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI had a very disappointing experience with this U-Haul location, and I would strongly caution others before renting from here. I booked the vehicle online and provided all the required information in advance. Despite that, when I arrived, the vehicle was not ready, and the location appeared disorganized and unprofessional. The process was far more frustrating and inefficient than it should have been. The most concerning part of the experience was the billing. In my view, there were several inconsistencies between what I understood during the rental process and what appeared on the final invoice. The fuel level did not seem to be recorded accurately, the mileage information on the contract was lower than what I believe it should have been, and I was charged for approximately 54 km more than I actually drove. Before leaving the location, I specifically asked the staff member at the desk whether I would have to pay anything more than the initial estimated amount. She assured me that there would be no additional charge. I was therefore very surprised to later receive a final invoice that was more than $100 higher than the original estimate. When I returned to the location to ask for an explanation, the staff did not deny that there was a difference. Instead, they went through several calculations and eventually offered to refund only $20. I refused this offer, as it did not adequately address the issue, and I left the location feeling extremely frustrated by their attitude and by the way the situation was handled. Overall, this was a very negative experience. The lack of organization, the unclear billing, and the poor handling of my concerns left me with no confidence in this location. Based on my experience, I would not rent from this location again.

AYMAN MVery difficult pickup. Instructions were not correct. Lock box code was incorrect. Had to phone for help. Then had to wait a long time for someone to call back with the proper code. And when you call, it is just some guy answering, not u-haul. Seems very sketchy. I thought maybe it was a scam. But I eventually got the keys. I was promised a discount for switching to this location. The discount never materialized. So I drove farther and therefore paid for extra mileage all for nothing. I would definitely not go to this location!
