I left all the furniture pads in the truck and location said he did not find the furniture pads. He told me on the phone he rented me ten , but the invoice/receipt shoes that he charged me for six. Which was it, six or ten? I call nonsense on his two different claims. I folded the furniture pads and placed them in the truck and that a fact. Additionally, how was I charged 70 dollars for six pads? This all screams nonsense. Please refund my money.

I reserved a truck which was supposed to be at Frisco Tx. I received a phone call and I was told that they have one in another location (2560 Kathryn Ln, Plano, TX 75025). This was increasing my mileage and the lady on the phone told me that she will give me credit for 8 miles. Then I received an email and my truck was waiting for me at 2040 W Spring Creek Pkwy Ste 142, Plano, TX 75023. This was done without my consent but I didn't want to make a big deal as location was OK. I went there to pick up the truck. It was hard to find the place as it is a print shop and the sign was very small. The guy was friendly but he could not find a note for the 8 miles credit. I called the number that called me the day before and I talked to another person. He didn't know who that lady was and he said they do not give such credits for in town moves. I am not after $8 but I must say this was a pretty messed up experience. Changing the pick up location twice without my consent and tricking me by offering credit to convince for change of location... a unique experience!!!

Never let that man at the uhaul rental place rent uhaul vehicles. He was rude and not taking responsibility for sending me off in a filthy van that had been smoked in as well as being left dirty from the previous customer.

I told the agent I have a $45 certificate I want to use, he does not want to take time to call nobody to enter it on the system. I ended up paying full price even I have a UHAUL corporate certificate. At the beginning of the rental, I already specifically mentioned it. 1 thing blow up my satisfaction, inexperience agent not to call anyone to ask for help to assist customer further until it is too late. This is putting UHAUL at last of my option, period.

It was a little difficult to find the store in the strip mall, but I called and the owner ran out from the shop and guided me to the trailer drop off behind the store. He was very friendly and the drop off was very smooth.

RE 2040 W Spring Creek: You cannot improve on perfection! RE 4101 W Plano Parkway is another matter. Will never use them again! They double charged me on last rental.

Location was convenient. The process was smooth. The equipment was clean and fit my needs. If I ever need to rent again I would rent the same equipment minus $20 for the ramp. By the way I rented the van and the gas mileage was great!

What impressed me most was that a Uhaul CSR called to tell me that the equipment I reserved online was not available at the location per the reservation, but at another. I was able to go to that location and pick up the vehicle timely. I will definately choose Uhaul for all my future needs.

The proprietor was very friendly, and the entire process was quick and easy. I was able to change my pickup time at the last minute with no problems, and I really appreciated being able to drop my key off after close. Thank you very much for a great experience!

I'm not a complainer. I believe that everybody is entitled to a bad service day. But, the owner of this facility was horrible. Did not want to help us unhook or position the trailer. Wanted me (57 y/o) and my 67 year old sister to push the trailer into place. Refused to unscrew the hitch screw mechanism. Charged $22 because I was 1 hour late returning the trailer at 2:00 pm and then said that his labor fee. I will never deal with this place again.

Furniture pads requested were not on truck. By the time I opened the truck it was too late to come back and get them. I told the owner that I did not get them but he charged me for them anyway.

The primary business is printing and shipping, the hours are not conducive to returning equipment on the weekend. I had to unhook and leave the trailer since they closed at 3pm on Saturday and I arrived at 4pm. The business is tucked away in a corner of a strip mall and not easy to find. On the plus side the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nothing. Owner called to ensure we were aware of the fact that we must go to the business first to sign agreement and then the trailer was behind the strip mall. Only difficult part was loading and unloading of the trailer due to lack of space for backing up to pick up and drop off but we managed well. Great convenient location for us and glad to not have to drive miles for a short rental.

The process took over 40 minutes just to rent a car dolly. It's not the fault of the store,or the owner, but the U-Haul order entry system is terrible. Info had to be entered 4x, then finally he had to call in to U-Haul. That's a real disservice to the store and the customer. Today's technology is obviously lost on who ever is running U-Haul IT and their systems.

I was charged an overwhelming amount for a small hole in the rear bumper which in my opinion could have been ignored.

the shop owner was nice, a little hard to understand his english but the main business issue with this location is that the trailers are stored around behind the building and he has no access to the area other than to circle the entire length of the shopping center to assist you. the business doesn't have a back door that opens into the area where the haulers are. the other issue with this location is that there is no signage for Uhaul being even remotely associated with a sign shop in the corner of a run down strip center.
