Took almost an hour to access the key through the self service locking mechanism. Sat on hold with customer service for over 15 minutes. Finally another store clerk in the shopping center where the U-Haul office was located assisted us in obtaining the key!!! Otherwise, not bad...we were able to extend the rental for another day without issue.Maegan L.
The truck was in great shape but had not been cleaned inside. The cup holders were nasty. It is much easier to go to a full service location rather than a side operation.Martin F.
Was charged for an extra day. It was due to be dropped off on Wednesday August 10 per the email and we did drop it off then. There was no time indicated in the email from uhaul. He refused to check in the trailer and give me a receipt and said I have to wait until he checks it in an emails me the receipt. Now I know it was to charge me for an extra day that didn't occur. Initial reservation was made at a location that was close to my home. I was rerouted to a second location that was additional 6 miles away. The primary location of pick up was a sign in print shop not a U-Haul. The truck windshield was dirty making it difficult to view out of. The tenant was plenty nice but I did not receive any information regarding gas and mileage requirements.Alfredo L.

The truck was very dirty. I had to walk half way around a strip center to get the truck after my initial rental. I had to tell the vendor that the beginning mileage was overstated by 10 miles. Just not a very pleasant experience.Michael S.

Your better of going to a regular location, they will hook up your trailer for you and go above and beyond this location since it's not an actually uhaul moving and storage will just tell you to do everything yourself. Be aware of the conditions of the truck: the inside driving area had trash from the previous customer, the cargo box had trash, branches and red sand. There was a bike lock on the Uhaul as well, that my family and I had to remove ourselves with branch clippers. The dealer told me I could drop the Uhaul at any location in Houston, he even left the drop off location blank on the contract, but then 10 minutes later I get a text TELLING me a location the truck HAD to be dropped off which was 45 minutes out of the way of my destination. I had to email Uhaul and contact a live agent to correct it. Not impressed with his service.ALYSSA D.

It was a very difficult process getting the truck and when we opened the back there was only 1 dolly when I had ordered 4 plus 4 furniture dollies. I had to go to a different U-Haul store the next morning and they told me over the phone they would definitely have all the moving supplies I needed. We arrived there shortly after talking to them and of course they had no furniture dollies. I still haven't gotten my money back.Erika H.

I made my reservations for 8. I didn't get the truck until 9 and my initial reservation was cancelled by the rep at this location and I was charged more than I expected but was already behind on time so I accepted it because I needed to meet my movers. I am very disappointed in this experience but I had already waited an hour and I needed to leave. Will not recommend this location. Upside, the movers were great!Joy B.

UHaul the company, not this location, needs to get its shit together. A customer should never be allowed to reserve a truck for a time-sensitive move only to find out at the rental location that they will not be allowed to rent due to toll fees from six years past that turn out to be for a rental some crook made in their name and, oh yeah, that truck 6 YEARS AGO was never returned. This was the worst uhual rental ever. I don't understand the cleaning charge? It was extremely dirty when I got it.Judy T.
The truck was filthy inside the cab and cargo area, along with all windows. The cab also smelled very bad. It was clear that the vehicle was not cleaned or serviced between customers. I had to deep clean the interior of the vehicle and sweep out the back before we could even use it. Also, we were initially charged for a dolly rental but there was no equipment dolly in the vehicle (resolved at turn in). The truck was also damaged with dents along the top of the cargo box that was not annotated (uploaded pictures and notes). Overall extremely poor experience and will likely recommend another company to anyone else moving.Nathan S.

This location is essentially hidden. Its a shipping store that also happens to do Uhaul. I told the guy about my bad experience with the leaking cab and he seemed to care less. I asked for a partial refund and he said no we just won't "find" anything to charge you MORE for. Terrible experience all around. Only good thing was the truck ran great and AC was good.WILLIAM F.

The location and staff were fine, but there were way too many add on charges. I rented a cargo van for 2 hours for $19.95. I used it for about 1 hour. Instead of paying $19.95, I had to pay $50.28. The actual rental fee was well less than half the total charges. That does not seem right and I probably will never rent from Uhaul again. Again, my experience with the location was just fine. My response to â€œwould you recommend this locationâ€ is generic to UHaul, not specific to the Spring Creek location.TERRY H.

Our particular truck was parked in such a way that we could not inspect the rear end of the truck or access the door. When we got to our place and opened the back door, we noticed that the blankets we requested and paid for had not been provided. Owner was not offering to help hitch the auto transporter on my car, almost had to beg him. He was very slow like he was on strike or go slow strike The auto transport did not have one chain to lock the car under. Had to beg owner to get one from an other oneLINUS M.

The truck was DISGUSTING! Cigarettes, left over food & trash! In the midst of COVID I expected much better! Heck, in the midst of normal circumstances, I expected much better! The location was also a bit weird to find. I had to call the store & when I finally found it there was a tiny, and I do mean tiny sign in the window that said Uhaul, otherwise, there was NO indication of Uhaul being represented there, as all Uhaul equipment was in the back, which was also difficult to get to. The only good thing was the store personnel, he was friendly but I would not recommend this location to anyone.DESHONA B.

Truck was in very good condition close to new. Cleanliness needs some work. My pick-up was for 2 pm and I was running late. However the posted close time for this location was 3 pm, but the attendant had close down prior to my arrival at 2:52 pm.
