During the vehicle pickup, the mobile application continually could not pass the location verification "Location is blocked App requires access to your location. Click the location blocked icon in your browser's address bar. Error Details RECHECK" I triple checked all the settings, re-installed the app, and verified every single permission was given (location access all the time). I work as a software developer so I was not unfamiliar with application permission settings. Notable the app didn't prompt for me to give them either. This resulted in an extremely poor application experience

The said that there was 5/8 of a tank of gas and there was less than 1/4 of a tank. The truck was dirty on the inside, and there was 85 more miles on the odometer than reported. I got charged for the mileage on the backend and Uhaul would not credit it back even though I had pictures from the app.
