I never got a written contract with the right cost . The lights on the equipment wasn't functioning, I had to switch to a third tow dolly .I left the U-Haul dealer almost at 6:00 pm. On the way back I had a flat tire on thr dolly I got road assistance. So I got back one hour late n I'm been charge 1 extra day. I spend more than one hour switching tow dollies n waiting for the road assistance. It is not fair. I have used U-Haul services many times before n never had a problem before. I really hope that we can square this problem. Thanks

MARCUS RWent during business hours Got here on Fri @ 11:30a Note stated they would not return until 2p. I didn’t use the App to start the reservation. So I didn’t look at App until, I dropped the keys in box.
DONUIA WI paid for the appliance dolly so that I could safely move some large appliances, but upon picking up the equipment, the store owner stated that he does not have an appliance dolly and instead provided a regular utility dolly.
