The trucks were difficult to locate. When I did the mobile check in, I discovered that the key was not in the lock box it was supposed to be in. After calling UHaul and being on hold the owner of the shop came around with the key. I could not complete the check in process online. The owner said I was fine to take the truck. I told him I never received confirmation of the starting mileage and gas. He showed me through his device (normally I get an email). Sure enough the mileage was incorrect. I tried to explain this to the owner and he said he would give me credit. When I turned the truck in he did not do so and the sop was closed so I was over charged mileage. Only reason I did not give a 1 star is the equipment was newer and in good shape.

As usual, I have been with U-Haul for a long time my information it’s already in my account, including my credit card and all my personal info. I made a reservation at this location and I got confirmation on my credit card was charged initial charges, but when I got there on Sunday, I had to enter the information one more time about 10 times and take a picture of myself 10 times and it took me about 45 minutes and I was late for my client. It was a disaster experience and end up getting in trouble with my client regarding a delivery which is it took only five minutes right behind the place or U-Haul location
Joseph OThe clerk should assist in walk through of the vehicle. I did have to return to get the moving dolly as it was not in the truck. Other than that everything was fine.
