Terrible experience as the truck was parked between frozen snow banks , I could not get it out. All the 3 trucks available were blocked snowed. I called and there no one to assist and the problem could not be solved by customer service. I asked for a shovel and thankfully there was one outside by reception which was closed although I requested a counter check in. I spend 40 minutes chipping away at the snow and 45 minutes I got it out. And I was about 1 hour late to met the paid la our (which I had to pay for all the same. I requested furniture blankets which were not proved. And the inside of the cube was very wet from melting ice which took me another 40 minutes to wipe down before I loaded.Cynthia J.
Arranged for pickup at 8am.arrived at 730am. Completed the share online so we could leave by 8am. Did not get lockbox code sent to us. Had to call uhaul to get it. Truck had no gas and the engine light was displayed. Didn't leave till near 830am. So much for 8am pickup! Not impressed!Cheryl G.

Misleading info on website with pricing. I thought the price was 79 cents per Km as advertized on the website. I was charged $ 1.59 per mile.Stan C.

Worst experience ever. When we went to pick up the truck we were given a different truck that did not have any of the equipment we reserved (Blankets and cart). In the end they did not record the switch of moving trucks and billed us for a completely different truck which ended up resulting in a bill that was $500 more than we should've paid. We have spoken with multiple customer service representatives and in the end we were told the mix up was a lot of money and someone had to pay it. Long story short my card has been invoiced for another $480 without any notice or any discussion.NORMAN P.

No Truck. Had made a reservation previous week. Called to confirm the day before. Then "hey it happens"... yea that is just flat dumb... After complaint was offered another truck. 26tft which was massive for the job I needed. Vehicle Mud or something worst along both walls and front to the storage area. All in all, thank goodness I am moving and have more options for truck rentals in the new city.Michael K.

I had to back the truck out of the yard because there was not room to turn around. Seems like the truck should have been ready for me to drive straight out prior to me getting there. The license plate light was taped on with packing tape that promptly fell off. I also booked a hand truck, moving blankets and a furniture cart all of which I was told by the uHaul rep would not be available which left me scrambling to find these the day before my move. I also received an email that my uHaul rental was canceled the morning I was picking up the truck, I did not cancel it so that was a very concerning email to get that I had to straighten out when I arrived at the location.Michael R.

The address is misleading because the entrance is in the back on another street. At night we were unable to see the sign indicating same so had to return in the morning to drop off the truck.Pamela B.

Truck had a mask and glasses in it. I was charged an overage fuel charge even though I have a picture showing it's at the same level. I rent uhauls often but i wont do it from this location .Richard H.
I would recommend they go to a different moving company. U-Haul always over books their trucks. Got the runaround several times by your people. Got sent to two Locations.Teresa K.

I'm in Chilliwack and had to drive half an hour to hope for the truck and then an hour to abottsford for the auto transport Trucks were available in abottsford. Should only need to go to one placeHelmut W.
Really a different experience with no paperwork or face to face contact keeping all safe during Covid times. Was easy for check in and out and easy to contact staff at anytime. Would definitely use this location next time.James B.
